Located in North Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a great option for your next trip. This fabulous ocean-oriented 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa complex is just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. It is surrounded by live oaks and palmetto trees. This villa has Corian counters, custom moldings, and cultured marble showers. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub surround an expansive deck that allows you to catch the cool ocean breeze. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at Seacrest. The close proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants, and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide a perfect vacation. The living room was updated with new furniture in November 2018 and a new ceiling fan with an LED dimmer light. The larger bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a ceiling fan with LED light, a 32-inch flat-screen television, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a ceiling fan with LED light, and a 32-inch LED flat-screen TV. FREE wireless high-speed internet access. This is an END unit with a wrap-around balcony. A table and chairs allow for outdoor dining or relaxing. With 301 being an end unit, there's no need for other guests to pass by the unit. We loved the location and the condo! My husband did notice a lot of wasp nests under eaves of parts of the building so it might be good to have your exterminator company come out and knock them down.

We stayed 3 days for mom’s birthday. Unit is very clean, gated property and very well maintained. Pam is very responsive for any queries. Location is close to every thing. Though it was crazy hot weather we mostly stayed in the unit ( not what we planned for) as we have seniors and infants/toddler. Since it was close to lots of restaurants we had no problem in ordering and pickups. Entire family enjoyed a great vacation time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Could not ask for a better location, very short walk to beach. The beach chairs and wagon provided were very welcome. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to any question immediately. Parking was great and so nice to be covered. Many restaurants are walking distance as are many shops. Would stay again.

We had the most lovely week at this condo for our summer family vacation. The condo had everything we needed! The pools were all wonderful and the location was perfect. Hope to visit again next summer!

My husband and I enjoyed a great long weekend at 301 North Shore. We have stayed many places on HHI but this was one of the cleanest and nicest units, with great proximity to everything going on around Coligny. Pam responded quickly to any questions I had and we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really loved this condo! Clean, well decorated, and perfectly located. The wrap around porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening! Beach is a short jaunt, restaurants, and shopping super convenient also. This was our favorite spot!

This is our eighth time coming to Hilton head, but the first time staying at Northshore. The condo itself was everything it was described as very clean, beautifully decorated & a very well stocked kitchen. I I loved the wraparound porch. Great spot for my morning coffee. There was also a cart so that we could carry lawn chairs, beach umbrella, & our cooler to the beach. The beach was very easily accessible, just across the street. We could use the facilities at Seacrest. The parking was easy in the garage where we had also ordered bikes which were there when we arrived! Love the coligny area, everything you need is right there! All in all this was a great property & would stay here again! Thank you Leslie! The weather was perfect too! Wonderful week.

The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed and more was available. The beach gear we used (cart and chairs) were in great shape. There was also an umbrella and pool floats that we didn’t use. Parking was very easy. It was a gated garage below the building. There were luggage carts and grocery carts available in the garage. The condo felt middle to high end in terms of amenities, finishes, and overall condition. Location was perfect especially for a family sharing one car. Very short walk to either the large public beach or beach in front of the sea crest building. I would say 5 mins or less. Coligny plaza with grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, clothing and beach stores was literally right next door. Street noise and noise from the restaurants didn’t bother us but it was there. The restaurant noise was done by a normal bedtime. The second bedroom was very dark and quiet so perfect for little ones! Overall it was a perfect stay and we hope to come back!

I am picky (just ask my family) but this place exceeded all my high expectations. Gated parking - big plus. Plenty of luggage carts - yes indeed. Well-maintained tastefully decorated common areas - of course. Keypad entry to building and unit - no keys to share/lose. All that was before we ever got inside the unit, where things got even better: High quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, everything immaculately clean. The kitchen had top-notch appliances, with plenty of china, glassware, and flatware and a huge selection of cookware. There were all kinds of thoughtful touches: A basket of throw blankets; a selection of board games; soaps and shampoo, just in case; a working hair dryer; coasters on the nightstands; plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Simply perfect. We can't wait for our next visit.

We enjoyed renting this place. Close to beach and plaza next door. We had a toilet problem and messaged the owner and someone was out in a couple hours and fixed it. The only con was that the 2nd bedrooms beds were hard. Master bedroom bed was great. Loved the wrap around porch. We didn’t have the greatest weather but we still enjoyed our stay. Hopefully will rent again.

Perfect location, fantastic condo
The condo was a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Absolutely perfect location if you want to be around all of the action, but might be a little noisy if you are looking for very quiet and totally peaceful (you can hear live music from Coligny bars and people coming and going.) The unit was very spacious and clean. The large balcony was awesome with very nice furniture - it was like being in a treehouse. Fantastic to have beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, umbrella, tons of misc beach toys and beach towels all provided in the condo. 4th floor pool and hot tub are great! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again.

Everything was perfect,beautiful condo,great location walk or bike everywhere, loved the outdoor area that wrapped around two sides so you could stay in or out of sun whatever you liked. If there was anything negative the road noise might bother some people but I enjoyed all the people going by

Great Condo
We loved this unit. Pam was great to work with - always got right back to me. The balcony was our favorite part - so roomy and loved listening to the music from Coligny. This complex is close to everything we love!!!

This was a very nice unit which was accurately portrayed in the photos; I chose this unit for the location and updated furniture/finishes and was not disappointed. I loved that it was an easy 1 block walk to a wonderful beach-saw lots of nice sunrises & sunsets. We chose not to rent bikes because almost everything (restaurants, shops, groceries,...) was within walking distance. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Loved that it had two patio areas with great outdoor furniture. The complex was kept very clean, including a great pool area, great lower level covered parking and it felt like a very safe area.
There were a few things we considered slight annoyances -you hear lots of activity outside (including daily leaf blowers starting at 7am) there was a constant mechanical sound coming from inside the bldg, full headboard and beds quite squeaky (oh and the full sized beds seemed shorter than normal? Weird? My husband is 5'6" and he slept at an angle so his feet would not be off the bed) But overall we would recommend this unit and gave it 5 stars. To me, the pros definitely outweighed the cons.
