Loved the backyard desert garden and the location in uncongested area made for a great way (could hear coyotes some nights!) to experience the desert. Patti was awesome and very accommodating by lending us some tools. Highly recommend.

We did not cook much but well stocked. (Bring your own decaf k cups and tea if you're not a caffeinated coffee drinker.) The dirt road was a challenge to find in the dark but very peaceful once we arrived. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

Came home to visit from Canada and had my sister and friends stay with me. The pool is lovely and the cactus garden is beautiful. The house was honey and very comfortable. The beds were lovely with the big plush pillows. Both Patti and Larry are wonderful hosts. Thank you so much again. Ten stars!!

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed. It was also just so comfy and cozy, we did not want to leave. The pool and hosts were so great!!!

Patti’s place is cozy and quiet but has all the amenities of home. It’s far enough out to unplug but close enough to all the attractions of Tucson. We hiked, toured and visited all we wanted in the day then relaxed on the covered back porch in the evenings. Many birds in the area and the view in the back is beautiful. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay with Patti and Larry for 3 months. They were kind, helpful and hospitable. The guest house is very comfortable. The wildlife add an extra dimension to your stay with many birds and the occasional bob cat strolling by!

Patti and Larry were wonderful hosts! They provided advice when asked and allowed us freedom of the property at all times including the pool. The landscaping with giant saguaros, prickly pears, and agaves was exotic and beautiful for us Wisconsinites. Mountains surrounded the property. A wonderful trip! As good as it can be. Thanks Patti and Larry!

Wow!

We have stayed at VRBO properties all around the northern hemisphere and this was the nicest of all. Beautiful ‘casita’ in the desert, close to everything but absolutely QUIET with only the only noise being the wind, birds, and coyotes. Patti is an absolute sweetheart of a host....attentive, but not intrusive. We will be back

Our stay was great! Patty was an excellent host and made sure our stay was very comfortable. The casita was very nice with a very comfortable couch and bed and is kept clean. The casita had all the things we needed for day to day. The location was central to places we like to visit and was quiet. We enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder each morning. We would stay here again.

located in An area of horse farms it felt like you were deep in the desert. when you Google something it was normally under 5 miles away. Tiny kitchen is only down I saw. Host lives next door but seem to think of everything so you won't need her.

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely home celebrating 18 years of marriage. We were very comfortable and enjoyed hearing and seeing bird’s each morning among the lovely cactus garden. We rode bikes three days out of our stay from the property and loved that they were available for our use. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

I wanted a place outside of town where I could easily walk in the desert in the morning, and this was by far the best place. The home was clean and comfortable with large comfortable beds, a large living area with comfy sofa, and the best views. I sat on the back porch working on my laptop just watching the birds and enjoy the all the desert life around me. Patti is very friendly and has put together a wonderful welcome packet showing everything around to see, do, and places to enjoy a bite to eat. When I return to Tucson, this is where I want to stay again! - Amazing

Great place that had all we needed for our visit to Tucson. Great pool in the desert with great sunsets. Just 15-20 minutes to sights in Tucson. Patti and Larry were wonderful and charming, helpful hosts. Would rent form them again anytime!

We had a very relaxing week at this Beautiful Desert oasis We enjoyed the pool, the Untouched desert landscape and the Guest House which was very comfortable. It was so easy to communicate with our hosts.and they were very accommodating to our needs. Can’t wait to get back.
