The apartment in the Lower Garden District was very good. The property is spacious and clean with everything in working order. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well stocked. The beds and furniture are comfortable, shower is fine. The location is very good, just a few blocks from the streetcar that we used every day to get to museums and the French quarter. We were just a few blocks from meeting a tour guide for a visit through the Garden District. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Samuel was easy to deal with from start to finish. Arrived a little early so I ate lunch at a bar and grill directly next door, good food. His instructions on how to get in and out of the walk-in gate and the drive-in gate were spot on. The front door was easy to access. The condo looked just like the pictures on his listing. Check-out directions were also clear. It was a great place to stay for the price. He also sent information about local places to eat and shop. First night ate at a great place two blocks away. I highly recommend it.

My son, dog, and I stayed here for a week while we explored New Orleans and enjoyed the holidays. The house was perfect for hanging out, and in a great location that is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the streetcars. It was a great stay! The property manager was very responsive and timely with directions about how to enter the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the perfect stay here while exploring New Orleans. Comfy, clean, safe and great gated parking - ideal for us on our road trip. Also if you're traveling with a pup - Coliseum Square Park is just a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Great stay!

Loved the condo. Kitchen had everything needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. Location was wonderful. Lots of good food within walking distance. Booked this property for the gated parking. Well worth it! Will book again.

This place was perfect for our needs for our weekend in NOLA. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the apartment, but when we were there it was comfortable and clean.

This was a perfect spot. The place was very roomy for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable. Its a close walk to the streetcar and the community is quiet. Close to a couple of restaurants and bars. Loved the coffee shop across the street. Highly recommend!

Lovely location and the gated off street parking was wonderful.
Many of NOLAs best restaurants, bakeries and sandwich shops are within easy walking distance.
Down the Hatch patio next door is easily the best neighborhood bar in town.

The location was great. It was easy to find. Restaurants and pubs, trolleys, buses, were walkable distance. The immediate area was well lit at night and felt safe. The condo was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. We greatly appreciated the collection of videos and board games.
I would definitely recommend this site for a younger family. For those of us with aging aches and pains, the tub was nice and deep for a good soak, but the absence of an anti-slip mat on the smooth tub bottom made it a challenge to get in and out. The stairway to the bedroom was a little scary as it lacked a handrailing. For three senior citizens, this was a problem.
Overall, we enjoyed our brief time and are glad we stayed at this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great. Your right in the Garden District and not to far from Bourbon street. Plenty of room. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The locked parking was nice and made us feel secure. When the time comes for another trip, this is definitely our place to stay.

Unit was just blocks from the St. Charles trolley and Magazine street. Free secure parking. For those that have a car, the unit gives you two spots and a gated lot. On our daytime excursions, we felt very safe walking in the area, which is only about 6 blocks away from a district of beautiful and historic homes (heading west on Coliseum).
Host is very responsive.

My first visit to Nola but as I thought parking can be a nightmare in the city. The private parking at the home was a life saver and you can quickly walk to trolly car and get all over town. The ONLY downfall of this home was the bedroom provides no privacy. All beds are in one room which is not clear in description.

We found this apartment easily, it is right off Magazine Street and the owners had sent an incredibly helpful email detailing the best ways in and out which we were grateful for. The owners also offered to let us check in early which was a wonderful gift we would have enjoyed if traffic had cooperated.
The neighborhood can be rough around the edges though we never felt unsafe or unwelcome at any point. It is close to bus and tram lines which were easy (and fun) to use. The property itself is lovely inside, nicely decorated with a wide variety of board games and movies to enjoy when the weather is less than ideal or when you need to rest your feet.
We did notice some small cleanliness issues when we arrived, like empty soap dispensers, missing/dislodged electrical wallplates, or unstocked bathroom tissue. These were not big problems, we simply fixed or restocked things ourselves. They were also not reflective of the hosts at all, we simply wanted to mention it so they could ensure they are getting what they paid the cleaning staff for. Anyway, if you are looking for a place to rest while you explore the city, we found this property worked very well!

The property was wonderful to come back to after a long day. Having space to move around inside and to park inside the gate was way better than staying at a hotel. The location was perfect and just short walks to restaurants. HiVolt Coffee was literally across the street and had wonderful options for breakfast or brunch.

I chose this apartment primarily because it provided its own parking spot and was conveniently located near the French Quarters. During the first two days, we were able to work from the apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent WIFI, which was even better than what we have at home. One of the highlights was the abundance of nearby dining and drinking options. Additionally, there was a Walmart just a 10-minute walk down the street, making it convenient to pick up thing we need. It took us about 30 to 35 minutes to walk to Bourbon Street, which was great to walk off everything we ate. The latest we walked back was 12:30am and felt safe. Throughout our stay from Wednesday to Monday, the noise from the bar nearby was only noticeable on Saturday night. Interestingly, there was a wedding/reception venue across the street, which made for an exciting experience as we got to witness a Second Line. The apartment itself met our needs, and we were able to cook dinner during the first two nights as the kitchen had everything we needed. Although we encountered a communication issue during check-in, everything was sorted out and our stay went smoothly.

We came for graduation weekend at Tulane. The condo was conveniently located to both the Convention Center and Yulman Stadium. Communicating with Sam was easy. He quickly responded to my questions. The street car was a few blocks away. The neighborhood had a a variety of places to eat. I highly recommend HiVolt. The only negative was the bar next door was loud late into the night. I would stayed at this property in the future.

This property was perfect for 6 girls traveling together. The gated, secure parking was amazing and we felt safe the entire time we were there. The condo is close to both the bus stop and the hop on/hop off stop if you choose to use those options to travel around the city. The Ruby Slipper is just up the street, so do yourself a favor and eat there at least twice. The condo was just as described and had plenty of room with 2 people sharing a bed. It was quiet, yet you could find a bar or 2 open late at night within walking distance if you wanted. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to NOLA. It had absolutely everything we needed.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, decent kitchen for quick meals. A bath and a half is convenient and the outdoor spaces are okay for just enjoying some weather. Would stay here again.

This location is a mixed bag, and we loved every aspect of it.
The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very
pleasant. The location was perfect for accessing the public transportation. The bar/restaurant next door was so convenient with delicious food, and also many good restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shop just steps from our door. We felt safe and secure there, and found the locals to be very friendly.
Can’t see enough about Sam. He was a super Superhost!

We were so fortunate to find this property! Samuel is a great communicator, the check in and out process is simple, gated parking was a huge plus and the space was perfect for my family of 6. We all had a comfortable place to sleep and even though it was very close to the bars we were able to sleep well and it was pretty quiet even considering it was MG. The huge washer and dryer was a great plus for me so I don’t have to take dirty clothes back home! And the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make family meals. Walmart was very close to buy groceries also. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Location is awesome! Restaurants/bars are all around VERY close. Close walk to St Charles… we walked to parades with our 8 year old son no problem. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was very easy. Samuel was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. It was nice having off street parking RIGHT in front of the door to go in, so unloading and packing up car to leave was super easy. We would definitely recommend staying here! We will probably be back!

This property is located in a really convenient and safe area. Our visit was short, only 2 nights, but we walked everywhere, including to the French Quarter. On the map it seems like a long walk, but it really wasn't bad at all. Plenty of shopping and food nearby as well. The ONLY thing I would change about the property itself is adding a full body mirror, but that's not a deal breaker. Other than that, it was perfect.

The condo location was great! I came to New Orleans with my wife and two sisters. We were located next to several bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. We didn’t mind walking, so the 25 min walk to the french quarter was very doable. The condo was super clean and worked well for our group. The washer/dryer were really convenient. Overall we had an excellent stay. Would absolutely stay again and/or recommend to others.

One of my more enjoyable stays in New Orleans. Clean and as described. Great location, some great restaurants and shopping nearby. The gated parking is one of the best features - if you’ve been to New Orleans, you know that a safe guaranteed parking is priceless. This condo comes with two parking spaces and they are inside a gate. I hope to stay here again.

Unit was as described and was superficially clean. A couple minor issues remedied by owner. Thankful for the locked gates and fenced parking area as the bar next door had customers hanging around outside of bar and in front of the fenced/locked parking lot. They threw trash over the fence nightly.
