Located in Cape Coral, this charming house for $182 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The best way to describe the home is the 5 Star Reviews. While I strive to make you feel like its home while your here, many guests speak of more than they expected. Also keep in mind that as a VRBO listing I do not have the option to select what review to keep or delete. Every review that any guest has ever posted is here since the property was listed on VRBO. So here is your private home in desirable southwest Cape Coral. 120 feet frontage on salt water gulf access canal with dock, boat lift and electric heated pool. Over 1800 square feet under air includes all that southwest Florida has to offer. The pictures are current and tell the story except that reviews say its better than the pictures. Pets welcome. Property is located south of Cape Coral Parkway and west of Skyline Blvd. Smoking is allowed outside only including lanai pool deck. Amenities include, computer workstation with printer copier scanner, high speed internet, cable TV (including outside on lanai) and telephone service. Video library with more than 3 dozen titles including Disney. Game cube and XBox. We understand our guests concerns regarding coronavirus and are providing you with the following information. We use and provide Odoban disinfectant spray, bleach wipes and bleach based cleaners. We do not require masks to be worn by guests or cleaning crews. We have implemented a minimum of 1-day vacancy before and after any booking per VRBO guidelines. We however cannot guarantee that every surface, piece of furniture, throw pillow, etc. is fully 100% disinfected between each use. Keywords: Single Family

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. John was highly responsive and checked in with us the first day to make sure everything was as expected. The home was perfect - clean, well appointed and has everything you will need from a varity of cooler sizes to a beach umbrella in case you want to take a short drive to Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at John's home in Cape Coral for our vacation. It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very close to stores such as Publix, Walgreens and Walmart, and a relatively short drive (20-30 minutes) to attractions in Ft. Myers. John's home is lovely. Kudos to John and his management and cleaning teams - the house has a very comfortable and homey feel, is tastefully decorated and was absolutely immaculate. The main living area was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and included the most well-stocked kitchen we have experienced in a vacation rental home. We felt very pampered in the main bedroom suite with the Egyptian cotton sheets on the comfy bed, the walk-in closet, and the roomy bathroom area. Since it was only the two of us staying there, we did not utilize the other bedrooms or full bathroom, but they were lovely, as well. We enjoyed the large screened-in lanai, which had lots of seating and a large pool. We also spent time fishing on the dock on the canal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at John's home, and we highly recommend it!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the house, only the oven could be a little cleaner. The facilities were very good and the availability of basic foodstuffs were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Our king size bed was comfy and we enjoyed our dips in the sparkling clean pool and fishing off the dock. We even got to see a dolphin in our canal by the dock! The location is so perfect to access shops and restaurants without being right in the busyness of it all. We hope to return next year and visit again with the wonderful neighbours who became our friends this past stay.

Our very first impression when walking through the door was how wonderfully clean the house was and how great it smelled! Has all the amenities one would need from hair dryer to cooking spices. The view off the back of the house of the canal and pool was terrific. My ailing parents did water aerobics each morning. The owner made special accommodations for us that we are very grateful for. Minor internet connection issue occurred and the owner was extremely responsive and rectified the issue immediately. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your sweet home for Thanksgiving!
