We had a great stay. Our grandsons found plenty to do from fishing to basketball. Property was well appointed and well laid out for us, family of 6. Plenty of space. This was our second stay, first was 16 years ago.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and peaceful home on Sunset Lake. We traveled with our family, including teens and a twin 5-year-olds, and the house worked perfectly for all ages. The open floor plan, multiple bedrooms, and kid-friendly setup made it super comfortable for everyone.The lakefront location is absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day, listening to the loons, and spending time on the private dock and in the hot tub. The kayaks—especially the kid-sized ones—were a huge hit! It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.I was also able to work remotely while we were there, thanks to the fast and reliable internet. The peaceful setting made it easy to balance both work and family time.The home is in a great location—quiet and private, but still close to Gunstock Mountain and Alton Bay for outings, food, and activities.Jason, the host, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We truly appreciated his communication and hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway.

The house has so much space for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. We loved our stay. The lake is beautiful and clear and calm. This was our second stay on this property and we have loved it both times.

Our family of three adults, one teenager, one 9-year-old, and a dog, spent a fabulous week at this lovely home. So much to do at the pristine, quiet lake. We loved the variety of small craft to choose from, and were delighted to watch our dog learn to swim. We grandparents are in our early 70s, and had no problem navigating the short path to the lake, or to walk into the water at the shallow sandy shore. Inside the house we had a great kitchen, comfortable beds, good WiFi and a pool table. The owner was always an email or phone call away, and the one issue we had with a window was resolved promptly. We liked how we never ran out of dishes, flatware, or glasses, and how we had lots of places to spread out to relax and read. The furnishings were very nice, but forgiving for an active family. Highly recommend.
