This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home is located in the tranquil Morro Bay heights area and boasts sweeping ocean and Morro rock views. This comfortable home has a great layout and huge newly renovated deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy incredible views of the ocean and Morro Rock. Once voted best view from the heights in Morro Bay. For golf lovers this home is a short 4-5 min walk to Morro Bay Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath with a step in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The master, living room and den all enjoy great views. The kitchen is large and well equipped to prepare meals. The den has a flatscreen TV, DVD and comfortable seating to hang out with friends and family. There’s a 2 car garage, washer and dryer and plenty of parking for your convenience. No Pets and No Smoking. This is strictly enforced. Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction. Five of us friends shared this house in Morro Bay. We were amazed at the view and closeness to the little town area. We certainly enjoyed sharing this house and it was a good size for all of us. We probably will return again.

View and location were amazing! The house was older, but very clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the bed in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable and I kept rolling downhill into my husband all night. We loved everything else about the property. Unfortunately, the bed would be the only thing keeping us from renting again. Other than that, we had an excellent stay.

What a fabulous view from the deck of this beautiful home. [AND perfect weather was included in the package at no extra cost.] Everything that you might need was already here. Just bring your toothbrush, a change of clothing and that bag of groceries. You'll be all set. You won't regret staying here.

We had a great time with my parents and 2 kids. The location was great for exploring and the views were just gorgeous. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and the beds were nice.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and met our needs. It was well supplied and the neighborhood was quiet. It is in a good location for Morro Bay and neighboring towns.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Very nicely equipped and very comfortable. Great view of the Bay and Rock. We will definitely stay here next time! Would suggest having main bathroom made ADA compliant with grab bars for the tub/shower. Also need to add some kind of non slide surface to the tub. Master bath shower was fine!

The title says it all. This home had a killer view of the rock and was a great place to hang out. The only negative was that the interior was very cold. It had several wall heaters, but they did an inadequate job.

This home is very clean and comfortable. There are sweeping views from most rooms and a beautiful deck to enjoy the views, grill or simply soak in the views. The home was very well stocked, well beyond our expectations. We plan to return.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house suited our needs perfectly - a place to just relax with an incredible view from almost every room in the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood lovely and quiet. The only problem was discovering, upon our arrival, that the BBQ grill was very rusty and had not been cleaned. We contacted URelax, and they sent not only their apologies, but immediately dispatched housekeeping to clean it. We very much appreciated their care and concern.

We stayed in this home for a Ladies weekend get-away. This home is gorgeous. We will be staying here again. The kitchen is well stocked with everything except perishables. The deck is huge with a fantastic view of Morro Bay and Rock. Definitely a great vacation rental.

My wife and I took our parents and my aunt to Morro Bay as a gift for all their support. In their old age, having the whole house in one level was crucial. The house was in a perfect location for everything Morro Bay has to offer. The pictures in the website did not do justice to what we experience in the four days we were there. The house was bigger than I expected and the views of the bay were amazing from the deck and from every room in the house. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I planned a semi-spur-of-the moment getaway to Morro Bay where we had to do a little work. This was perfect. The view of the bay and Morro Rocka was amazing and the sunsets spectacular. The bed and pillows in the master were comfortable and the home was quiet and felt private. If we visit Morro Bay again we will definitely stay here.
