About this condo rental
Situated in Wild Dunes, this attractive condo for $507 per night is a great option for your next vacation. UPDATED Ocean and pool view condo, featuring convenient beach access and near Wild Dunes Golf Course! Breathe in the Ocean Air, Golf, Swim, Bike, and Play at Tidewater I104! As an end unit, this is one of the few Tidewater condos that has a front and back porch. Enjoy dinner overlooking the ocean/pool or walk across the street to watch golfers try their luck at the thirteenth hole of the Dunes' course. Just steps from a pool shared between two buildings, guests at Tidewater I104 traveling with young children are close enough for the family to move between the pool and the unit for sunscreen and bathroom breaks. Families will be sure to enjoy both the large pool and kiddie pool, cooking meals at the community gas grill, or sitting under the pergola. This condo has direct beach access, about a two-minute walk from the screened porch to the salty sea. Enjoy an ocean and community pool view from the living room, master bedroom, and the screened porch. Outdoor Community pool is open April 1-end of September (not heated or cooled). Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, guests at Tidewater I104 can try out numerous on-site restaurants, rent bicycles and explore the miles of paved bike trails thought the community, or ride on the beach. Outside of Wild Dunes, vacationers are not far from Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, and Charleston. Tidewater I104 underwent new ownership in May of 2018, and has been outfitted with new mattresses and furnishings. NEW for 2024: Updated stainless steel kitchen appliances and new backsplash (photos coming end of April 2024). This two bedroom condo can accommodate up to 6 guests when the queen sofa-bed is used. WIFI & Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets. Vehicle Capacity: 2 * Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes* ---LAYOUT--- Ramp from ground level to first floor breezeway, providing an easy path for groceries or a beach cart (Tidewater building has an elevator accessible from breezeway if guests have friends staying on level two or three,) Bedroom 1: 2 Twin beds (now extra long-updated September 2019); Private access to hall full bath (shower/tub); Cable TV. Bedroom 2: King bed; Private full bath (shower); Cable TV; Access to screened porch through glass slider door. Living room has a flat-screen cable TV with DVD. Sleeper sofa in living room (Queen); Access to Screened porch through glass slider door. Kitchen with pantry closet and stacked washer/dryer. Dining table with seating for 6. Screened porch is accessible via entry foyer, living area, or from master bedroom. Features table with seating for 4. *This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/2/24 to 8/18/24; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

We’ve stayed at the Tidewater twice. We came back since it is on the beach and has wonderful views of the sunset. We also enjoy going to the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which is a big plus. We loved the furniture and decor of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely come back to this property.

The proximity to the beach was great. The pool and beach are directly out the door which is perfect for little ones. The check in/out process was easy as well. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had some beach supplies to use! Our only complaints are that the master bed frame was very squeaky and every small movement while sleeping woke us up. Also, while very surface clean, we found lots of trash and dirt behind the couch and under the beds. They just need to clean under the furniture.

Best location ever! We were on bottom floor and we were just a few steps to the pool! The beach was also near! Great place for no more than 4 peeps! It’s just what we needed!!

The room with the twin beds was so hot. We weren’t able to get thermostat below 70 to help this matter. Also we could not get the TVs to work - had instructions but would not connect to WiFi to work. Luckily we had beach and pool access but would’ve been nice to wind down at the end of the tv to cool room and TV. Overall still enjoyed the stay, but wouldn’t book here again….

There is nothing in the world that beats sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the rain in the evening. The condo was very clean and decorated so cute. It was in an awesome location with an easy walk to the beach. The only downside was the twin beds were a little hard and the pillow I slept with was downright awful, but overall, everything was excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a super relaxing and cute condo to stay at.

Had a very pleasant stay at Tidewater i104. The unit is in very good shape. It’s a first floor unit with an easy walkout to the pool and short walk to the beach. Only issue is one vanity drawer doesn’t stay closed.

Tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom villa with easy access to beach and parking. The space was SO COZY and perfect for two couples or a family with 1 or 2 kids or just a friends-getaway!! After hours check-in at realty office was easy. Text communications clear. Description and location as advertised. Unit was clean with no maintenance issues. Only thing I would add to directions was didn't see and understand the vehicle pass/gated entry at first.

This property was amazing! Comfortable vibe, cozy beds, great location. Only challenge was reaching the property managers for frozen pipes. However, this was a very abnormal situation that will likely never occur again. I finally reached them they were great.

we originally were in shipwatch C316 which was very nice with a good ocean view. However, the elevator in the building became unusable. When we reported the problem Island Realty arranged another rental and sent a very nice man to help us move. The new rental, Tidewater I104 was even nicer. We had a very nice stay and appreciated the professionalism of everyone from Island Realty we had contact with.

One of the best stays ever at Wild Dunes - such a beautifully decorated condo with a lot of thought put into every detail. The only issue we encountered was poor internet despite being able to log in via the password provided. It may have been due to the bad weather that had just passed through right before we arrived. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say and have already recommended this unit to friends.

Really enjoyed our stay and the condo. Living room was too crowded, especially because of the coffee table. Loved the ocean front and pool and nearness to everything including Charleston. Booked thru a VRBO which was a total waste. They were worthless to help us so it was money wasted. Won't do that again. Overall a great experience.... We have been visiting Port “O” Call for over 40 years and love the accommodations, pool and beach access. Our Tidewater condo was great (clean and everything we needed). The one complaint we have is that we got an email a day before letting us know that our pool would be closed in the afternoon for a owners meeting. We’ll this should have been communicated much earlier and we feel the owner’s disrespected the guest and inconvenienced us up for an hour meeting.... There were only about five of us at the pool and they had plenty of space to have their meeting. Our group felt like we paid for that pool for the week but then suddenly you tell us we can’t use it for 4 hours in the hottest time of the day because 5 “members wanted to talk about their condo”. Not sure if I would ever rent in Tidewater again because of their arrogance!
