The house is huge. Plenty of room to spread out, large bedrooms and baths, nice outdoor space and areas to gather. Furniture is modern and fits the space well. The game/movie room is fantastic. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels available for the pool and showers. Easy to get on the Cape Coral parkway to go explore. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries - until we were onsite. I did reach out early in the stay about ants in a cabinet. I did not receive a response so didn’t bother reaching out again. The overall 3 star rating comes down to this rental falling short of its luxury description and price. The house needs a deep clean, general maintenance attention, and upgraded kitchen supplies. Outlets not working, dishwasher door falls to the floor, stove touch screen wonky, kitchen faucet has a mind of its own, light bulbs out, loose bath fixtures, and the undersized hot water tank for such a large home caused cold shower issues all week - nuisance issues but there were a lot of them. The only safety issue was exposed electrical wires in the dock area where covers/fixtures were missing. A good option for a large group, adjust your expectations down from luxury.

It was a great location but there were many amenities that did not work upon arrival. While everyone was getting rooms situated one of the rooms had cat feces on top of the comforter. After calling and informing them of the situation the cleaning lady came and only removed the comforter and then left. Never received an apology or discount for the issue. We made the best of it and just had the youngest kids bunk together. All in all just disappointed on how the ordeal was handled. With paying what I paid the house should of been cleaned before we showed up

This is our second time staying at this place. Tons of room for everybody. We have a large extended family. Pool and hot tub were awesome and were great for the kiddos.

Had an excellent time with family at this house. Was a great view and the pool was perfect for the kids… check in was so easy and the two minor issues we had were fixed within an hour probably and they weren’t any one’s fault but the previous renter… tv was messed around with and the additional grill tank was missing which was fixed fast… couldn’t be happier with the service when they were told of the issues they were there quick.. I would def stay here again… perfect for a family and it was nice and quiet…

Nice floor plan and location on a canal, BUT expectations of adequate hot water, clean soft towels, clean kitchen, (cooking stove/oven not clean, as were the cooking utensils), working pool and jacuzzi, were NOT met. There were also several broken bath fixtures and light bulbs out. The whole place needs some deep cleaning and touchup/handyman work to be termed a "luxury" villa. The property mgr and owner responded to these matters but it was disappointing to have had these issues upon check in - overall a 3 star review

Very spacious house with plenty of room to spread out. Great pool and hot tub. Some items didn’t fully work or were in need of repairs: pantry door came off mount repeatedly, upstairs shower doors hard to open and close, pool was dirty when we arrived but cleaning team came and made it much better, some TP dispensers coming off the wall. These were minor issues. Would stay here again.

The property is gorgeous and best views of sunrise and sunset.. pool and hot tub were fantastic. Kitchen is huge and fully equipped. Groceries are close to house. Rooms are very spacious. Beds were comfortable. We will highly recommend!!

Michelle made the check in process super simple. It was very easy to gain access to the property and even allowed us to do an earlier check in process as our flights were arriving early. The property itself was in pristine shape and my family and I had a blast! We would highly recommend this location to anyone!
