About this house rental
Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this lovely house for $425 per night is a great option for your next break. You will absolutely fall in love with this oceanfront Town home with 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathrooms. Beautifully decorated, loaded with charm and all the luxuries of home. This beauty is situated DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH and only steps from the beach access from one of the oceanfront bedrooms. Each Bedroom has a Deck for enjoying the amazing views. The main level has a Soundside Bedroom with a Queen bed and roll out twin sized trundle and a flat screen TV, 1 Full Bath, an OCEANFRONT Bedroom with Queen Bed and flat screen TV and laundry area. On the second level, you will find the cozy living area with new 50” flat screen TV, Full Dining, Fully Appointed Kitchen and powder room. You will be amazed by the views from both the Oceanfront Deck off the Living Room, as well as, the Soundside Deck off of the Kitchen. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with new California King bed, Walk-in closet, flat screen TV, Full Bath with double sinks and a Deck where you will enjoy the most incredible sunrises and views of the beach and ocean. Please note: This is a NON SMOKING, FAMILY UNIT. Not available to persons under 25 years of age. WE WILL NOT RENT TO GRADS. Sorry - NO PETS allowed. Please keep us posted as to if you and your husband are going to rent out your townhome next vacation season or not. It was so beautifully decorated with all the nice touches and supplied with everything we needed.. It was actually bigger than I had imagined too! We had a great time and even found over 200 sharks teeth. And I love to search for the little white stones. The weather was beautiful and watching the sunsets at the sound gazebo was great! Did you know at sunset that fish jump out of the water??? Maybe they are being chased by a bigger fish, whatever the case it was amazing to watch!! Thanks so much!! We enjoyed the well furnished and comfortable townhome with direct views and access to the beach. A greatly appreciated feature was laying in bed at night and seeing the moonlight reflecting on the water with a show of stars in the night sky.

We spent the week here with our son, DIL and two granddaughters, 3yo and not quite 2yo. The property is very nice and very clean with great decor, comfy chairs, couch and beds. Kitchen is well stocked and the owners were very quick to respond to any minor issues. Beautiful view of the ocean and couldn't be a closer walk! Nice selection of beach toys and chairs etc. The two bedrooms on the lower level were perfect for our kids and grands and the top level bedroom and bath were great for us. It was nice to be separated by the main living area on the second level, we all felt we had plenty of privacy and yet plenty of room for the six of us to hang out. No one wanted to leave but hopefully we can all do it again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and the beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening after we came up from the beach. We hope we can come back again. This property couldn’t be nicer.

My family of 4 had an amazing vacation here! My girls ages 9 and 11 both wanted the beachside bedroom so they shared, we had so much space. The main living room was perfect for our game nights. The kitchen had everything you need to cook in! We grilled and ate almost every night out on the deck and watched the waves crash down. I also enjoyed my morning coffee out there too! We brought our own chairs and boogie boards but they were available at the property for use as well. The outdoor shower was great to clean off after a long day at the beach. The location was great as it was just a few steps to the beach. The views were amazing, I didn’t want to leave! I would definitely rent again if I go back to N. Topsail!! Melanie was very attentive too thru messaging! Great Vaca!!

Great condo! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Balconies had wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Kitchen was supplied well for cooking. We had an issue with the dryer not working for the week, but the owner replaced it on our last day there and offered to compensate if we used the laundromat. We just hung things to dry, an inconvenience yes, but we made it work. Loved the condo, just wish it was closer to a few things.

The property was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a great week. There were even books to read which was a nice addition ( loved the local history books)! The communication with the owner was super friendly and fast! We can not wait to go back!

This property is the best one I've stayed in while visiting North Topsail Beach! Every single thought and consideration has been given to comfort and convenience, ensuring you have the best vacation possible. The owners are very prompt with replies and I would definitely rent from them again!

The property is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We did have some recommendations for the property, there was no blow dryer provided in any of the bathrooms. No toiletries were provided, bath soap, shampoo etc. which is normally provided at hotels/vrbos. We arrived very late and had to make our beds. When I am on vacation I normally expect to arrive at a place and not have to put on the sheets before I can ge to bed.
Again, the property is nice itsjust some of these minor inconveniences that did not make it an excellent stay.

We found this property understated. It is exactly what it says, yet it is appointed much better than described, and better than we have seen in most other vrbo beach houses. It would be difficult to guarantee all the beach toys and chairs and quality of BBQ, yet we found all to be more than what we expected.
We had great communication from the owner to prepare for our trip.
The design of the unit is good in that there are balconies off of every floor. And, what a super short trip to the beach, less than a hundred steps

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was super clean, very nicely decorated and felt like home. The kitchen contained was stocked with anything g we would need to make meals for our family while away. The property is located directly near the beach so just a short walk. It is also about ten minutes away from grocery stores.

I actually don’t want to leave this review in fear of everyone booking it before I get a chance too. Everything was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. The whole house was well equipped including the kitchen and sitting on the deck with an amazing view was about as peaceful as you can get. Had a couple questions for the owner and they were answered within minutes. There’s no doubt a return trip to this house is upcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The covered second floor deck and the open third floor deck right on the beach are wonderful. The kitchen with high ceilings and a skylight made the space feel open and larger. Quiet North Topsail beach was perfect for us.

Check-in was a snap. The property is on the north side of the island. Grocery stores, gas, restaurants are all within six miles. The unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with every pan, plate, cup, or utensil we needed. Kurig and traditional coffee pot provided. Cannot beat being able to take twenty steps from the unit and be standing on the beach! I do wish more towels were provided for guest staying seven days. That's one less thing to have to pack. I paid for clean sheets to be provided for all three bedrooms which was not inexpensive. The ones for my bed were well worn and stained though. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of extra quilts provided for the chilly nights. We had a lovely time and definitely recommended this property.

If you want to hear the sound of the ocean as you make dinner, wake up in the morning, or just look out from your deck over an unobstructed view of the beach this place is for you! At high tide I could throw a rock off the balcony and hear the splash! The property is quiet, clean, loaded with personal touches, and incredibly well stocked. Even the knives were sharp! Not just cheap stuff either but nice pots/pans, furniture etc. Communication was wonderful; I broke something and had to reach out to Melanie, she texted back immediately and was very nice about it. We took cooking utensils, beach toys, towels, all kinds of stuff b/c we're never sure what we need. Rest assured this property has everything - even bocce balls!
It's a quiet spot, the beach was never crowded, perfect for a quiet getaway. Not a party scene. We've found other beach property to be sometimes a little weathered (after all, it's salt air), but everything here was pretty much new. We spent most of our time on the main deck (there are three!) which is very well equipped with quality table/chairs for eating meals, bar stool height to see over the railing. Looking at other townhomes, some have furniture, some don't. We appreciated being able to eat meals while taking in the views - after all, what else are we really paying for? A better view than most restaurants. Go to the local seafood market in Surf City, buy what they catch and sell out of coolers, grab a few veggies and eat like royalty!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the ocean and views from the deck are unbeatable. The home was cute and comfy. We would definitely stay again.

This property is just as nice as the photos. Not only is the townhouse clean and beautifully decorated, the entire complex and grounds are very well maintained. It doesn't feel like a rental property, it feels like staying in a friend's home.
It was nice to have the linens supplied, but worth noting that the sheets are not on the beds upon arrival and only one set of towels is provided per person, so you may want to bring some extras.
The kitchen has all of the appliances and cookware needed to cook any meal, and we appreciated the large coffee mugs! One think to note is there are no spices (besides small salt and pepper shakers) in the kitchen. Also, no paper products are supplied (extra trash bags, plastic wrap, foil, etc) and no extra paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, or laundry detergent, so be sure to plan for that.
We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this property again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, great location with beautiful views! We enjoyed wondering the beach, searching for shells, watching for dolphins and visiting Surf City. Great trip I would recommend this location .

We had a very nice stay at "On a Wing and a Prayer". The condo was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of cookware and utensils. The condo is right on the beach so we could head out for a walk down the shore (being December, it was a cool, but always nice). Condo faces in Southern direction, so the Winter Sun is over the water all day. You can watch Sunrise and Sunset from the (3!) balconies. Note, the Pier to the West is 2 miles away....it doesn't look that far.....A storm moved through Christmas Eve and only lost power for ~1 hour. Terry and Melanie called the next morning to make sure everything was ok. No problems, but it was nice of them to check on us . Thank you for the relaxing stay,Todd.

I cannot say enough about our experience. My wife stated this was the best vacation we’ve had in the past 10 years. Property was very clean and the beach access was amazing. We love NTB and can hopefully work with Melanie on staying here for many years to come.
