BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Come and relax in luxury at this 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms villa with a private pool, on the walled community of Highland Meadows. A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions. And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. The villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music. The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there’s no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South West facing pool deck with open views to the meadows behind. Facilities Kitchen & Utility Large, fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery and crockery provided. It really has everything you could wish for to make it your home from home. Grab a snack at the breakfast bar with stools or pull up a seat at the casual dining table looking out to pool deck. There is use of a large automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Also for your use is an iron and ironing board. Dining Room There is a formal dining room where you can eat a delicious home cooked meal or perhaps a take out order you picked up on the way home from a great day out. Lounge The dining room leads off into the “great room” in this wonderful open plan, airy design living room. There is also a comfortable open plan lounge where you can enjoy some relaxation time after a busy day at the parks and is adjacent to the kitchen. It has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is the ideal place to relax and catch up with your favourite TV show if you wish. Or turn off the TV and enjoy music and board games with the family. Loft Area Upstairs there is a superb loft area with a large TV with seating area which adds another relaxing place for your enjoyment. Bedrooms Master Bedroom – The beautifully furnished master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, including large bath and walk-in shower. There is a flatscreen TV, hairdryer, nightstands and walk-in dressing room. Queen with ensuite – This en-suite queen bedroom is located on the first floor of the property and has built-in wardrobe, TV, nightstands and is elegantly furnished. The En-suite bathroom has overbath shower, vanity unit and WC. Twin Bedrooms x2 – Both twin rooms are located on the first floor. The first has a built-in wardrobe, nightstand and TV. The second Twin bedroom has built-in wardrobe, TV & nightstand. These rooms share the family bathroom. Ground floor Queen ensuite Bedroom – This tastefully decorated Queen bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, nightstands, TV and is furnished to a high standard. With it’s own ensuite facilities it is an ideal solution if you guests with restricted mobility in your party. Games Room – The large games room will provide hours of fun for the young and young at heart, in there is a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and dart board. Pool and Lanai The Sun drenched South West facing pool will be a hit with all the family and is also not overlooked at the rear. Cool off with a dip in the refreshing pool. A safety fence is also provided if you have younger children along with you. The pool deck is equipped with upgraded pool furniture for your comfort. The lanai provides some shade from the hot Florida sun as well as the ideal place for some al fresco dining. Location The villa is located centrally for all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The ever popular theme parks of Disney World are just 20 minutes away and the theme parks or Universal and Sea World are just a little further 30 minutes away. It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £150 per week. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.

The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and gave us access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland. Our grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law were here from New Zealand and this property absolutely enhanced our experience
The kids especially love the pool and the host, Nick, was extremely communicative which we truly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this property if you're traveling to Central Florida!

The home was beautiful. It was clean, spacious and better than the pictures. The home is central to publix, Walmart and lots of restaurants. I've been vacationing in Fl for about 7 years now, if our dates are available next year, we will without a doubt rent this location again. Communication with the homeowners and management company was smooth and they were able to answer all questions. My family and I had a great time at this home. Everything was within an hour away but with traffic a little longer. The home was clean, comfortable and the owner was very responsive when needing him. The home has plenty of space inside and out. Well all enjoyed the pool which was well kept. We would recommend this home and would use this home again.

The house was amazing an the owner really came thru when there was a issue with the house I was originally staying at he put us in one of his beautiful other rental an it was amazing he really helped an made it easy transition an I greatful would stay there again it was all the pictures said it was an more. 10 stars if I could give it..

The pool was appreciated as were the games in garage. The house was a good size overall but kitchen too small
for a 10 person home with older appliances. Stove elements were loose. The table in kitchen seated 4. Island had two stools too short to be used with raised counter.

We enjoyed staying at this property while we visited the theme parks. The house and pool was properly maintained. The only negative was the two twin bedrooms upstairs had tv’s but had no way to get any channels on them. Overall a five star property.

Great house! Great stay!
We had seven people in our group and plenty of room and privacy for all. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We went to the Disney parks for 5 days. Although the listing says 15 minute drive, it did take us at least a half hour in the morning and sometimes longer coming home. Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed coming back to a nicely kept home.

Disney trip
Overall our stay was great. The pool was clean and the layout of the house worked perfect. There was a nice supply of starter items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Just a few tips for future renters though.
1)DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET!!!!! Even if you're partially in the driveway. The HOA **WILL** tow your vehicle with no warning!!! There is one small section saying this at the end of the rental information packet, but we missed that detail apparently.
2) With daily traffic it can take 30-45 minutes to get to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. It took 55 minutes to get to Universal. We went 6 days and between the ride there and the ride back, none of the rides were less than 30 minutes. I would not have rented this property had I know this upfront!!!!
3) This house is off an exit that has PLENTY of food/ store options!!
4)a few items in the house were worn, but we aren't picky and really just slept here so it didn't bother us.
5) the owner was responsive to messages, however he isn't located in the US so give him time to respond!
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the house gave us a place to rest that offered plenty of space for everyone to not be on top of each other!

Great location and Great stay
I stayed in Davenport before so I knew I would love the location stores are only like 10 minutes away and disney parks are 20 to 25. Loved this homes layout we were a group of 5 so everyone got their own room. Central A/C and security system was a huge bonus. Game room was awesome lots of Great games. Would 100% stay again

I was traveling with 7 others and the house was very spacious. It was so nice to have a space for everyone! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing days by the pool!

This house was spacious and beautiful! We had plenty of space and really enjoyed this villa! My only issue was the pool. We could really only swim in the pool one day out of the week due to an additional price for pool heater but other than that I think I would love to stay at a home like this again! Thank you!🙂

Overall house is nice. Welcome package is convenient. Great quiet neighborhood. The house can definitely use lots of updates. Beds were very noisy with little movement, pots and pans for cooking were not the best.

Great Stay!
This house was everything we wanted it to be! I was traveling with my husband and 3 children and my sister's family of 5. There was so much room for us all to spread out. The game room was a huge hit with all of us. Since it was too cold to go swimming (well some of us may have jumped in when it was 50 degrees outside) we spent a lot of time utilizing the game room.
The location was perfect! If you are heading to Disney it's a quick drive. We visited both the Atlantic and the Gulf since it was a short 1 1/2 -2 hour drive either way.
Nick was quick with responses and even sent an e-mail a couple days into our trip to see how things were going.
I would highly recommend Highland Meadows. If we ever get back to Orlando I hope to be able to stay there again!!

Wonderful vacation
We had an incredible time on our vacation. The house was exactly as described. We enjoyed all the amenities and the location was quiet. It was also close to many attractions, stores, and restaurants. The house was a great value! We would stay here again. Also, the showers have amazing water pressure.
