We have owned this family beach vacation home SINCE 1982 and take good care of it and our renters. You will deal directly with the owner upon renting. We also have a local property manager who is available for emergencies or your immediate needs.
This 5 bedroom, 5-1/2 bath house IS ACTUALLY ON SEA ISLAND and is beautifully decorated throughout. It is located at THE VERY BEST location on Sea Island -5th street! The beach/ocean, Cloister Hotel, Beach Club, & Tennis/Fitness/Spa are all ONLY 2 blocks from our house.

The spacious family room features a wall of windows overlooking a grassed, manicured, yard with a lighted terrace/patio. This amenity is perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment.
Enjoy plump sofas, a decorative fireplace with a 51" flat screen TV above, and flanked by built-in bookshelves with plenty of books for your reading pleasure.
Double screen & glass doors lead to the patio and back yard. We Watch the children play in the yard, relax on the comfortable patio furniture, or swing in the hammock hanging among the trees.
Walk one block to see the prettiest sunset over the marsh and river that you will ever see.
Close the curtains and shutters if desired for a quiet and restful night's sleep.
Dependable WIFI/Internet and streaming TV's are provided.
GOOGLE Home is available , and WIFI EXTENDERS are placed throughout the home to give you complete and efficient internet service.
You can hear the sounds of the ocean from the yard in the quiet of the evening.
Sit and discuss the fun you had during the day while sitting on the comfortable patio furniture by the fire pit at night.
Sleeping arrangements downstairs consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 1 single bed. 3 single beds and 1 full size baby crib are upstairs. In addition, we provide a collapsible porta-crib and highchair if needed.
Our home is ideal for a large family retreat/reunion or wedding guests. However, we request that you not have parties with lots of guests in our home.

The KITCHEN with new appliances and POWDER ROOM/HALF BATH have been renovated.

Owner has Sea Island Club Membership and access to all Sea Island facilities.
The rental price advertised does not include access passes to the BEACH CLUB or HEALTH SPA. However passes can be purchased through the owner at his cost.
Access passes may not be required in every renter’s case.
A pass grants you access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives you the ability to book activities such as dining, spa, golf, etc. with Sea Island Resort BEFORE your arrival. However, many activities such as golf and dining can also be enjoyed while there without passes and just a credit card.
Owner will assist you with the application process for access passes .

Here are requirements for the Lessee Access passes as defined by Sea Island Resort:
You are considered to be a “Lessee” as opposed to a “Guest”since you are renting. The pass fees are per person (parent) and include two (2) unmarried dependent children, per family, under the age of 26. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards ($175 each) per cottage is required, and the fee for the passes will be charged to me. I will seek reimbursement from you.
Rental guests over the age of six (6) will be issued an Access Card.
Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards and their dates for useage. The cards do not have to be for consecutive days.
