Charming cottage fully renovated in 2017, located on a quiet street in Conway’s historic district, just steps from downtown shops and dining. Less than a mile from UCA, CBC and Hendrix. Features include a stocked kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows, laundry room, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. First it’s a great location, so you can’t go wrong. If you like quiet neighborhoods that are really safe that is.The cottage itself is super nice. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Feels like a cottage for sure. Everything in the home is very functional and updated. You will find all those in great shape. Tons of light. You can have shades open and don’t feel like anyone is looking into your home.The owners are good people. There was a snafu with our check in and they went out of their way to be sure we were taken care of and were happy…we were.Bottom line I’d stay there again for sure. Maybe be a bigger marker is that I’d let my mom and dad stay there—that means 5-stars to me.
