The location of the property was as advertised. The outside was well kept & the apartment itself was very clean. I was very comfortable during my stay of 12 days.

The neighborhood has a friendly, local quality, even though it's just a mile from the more touristy Cocoa Beach. The beach is clean, relatively uncrowded, & quite wide at low tide. I love it here. The condo was nice. It's small, but large enough for 2. The faux fireplace/heater was a nice touch, as it was cold for part of my stay.

The owners were very gracious to let us in six hours early. My wife and I were on a cruise and got to Port and off the ship at 8:30 and they allowed us onto the property. Couldn’t ask for much more than that.

Great little place in a great area. Appreciate the beach toys. Other people have commented on the smoke smell, but I think it’s just imbedded from the surrounding apartments. I didn’t leave smelling like smoke nor did my clothes. For the price, it was great!

Our 2 week stay was just what we were looking for. The beach shack was just right for 2 people. Very clean. It was a short walk to the ocean/beach where we spent most of our time. We were amazed by 2 rocket launches! Very safe neighborhood where we walked 2-3 miles plus daily. We cooked at the unit, everything we needed was in the nice kitchen and also enjoyed the local cuisine. The hosts were very quick to respond and came over the first day to help us with the TV. Our first trip to Cape Canaveral. We are already planning our next trip there!

We both did not like the bed as it was very uncomfortable and no hand rails in the shower area, roaches everywhere, sitting areas were terrible and uncomfortable. We were not pleased and would not stay again there if need to go on a trip to stay will find another spot and all.

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment this is just steps to the beach. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple! The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking! The bed was very comfortable! We will be back! Bonus: We were able to clearly see the Artemis launch from the beach without having to deal with traffic and a crowd! It’s a perfect location!

A comfortable " beach shack".. cozy and clean a. Perfect for 2 people. A great location just 1 block from the beach. A short drive to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach restaurants and bars. The host was answered any questions we had immediately. Kitch was Would stay there again.

I’m not a smoker! So I instantly noticed smoke odor. According to the contract it a smokeless unit. It reeked of smoke odor to the point I had a headache the whole time. 😩I stayed out as much as possible. Luckily it was a gorgeous weekend so was at the beach ,which was the saving grace to this getaway.

Check in process was very easy, a code to enter the door was provided prior to arrival. Provided amenities include dishware and cookware, towels, washcloths, beach towels, and beach umbrella/boards. The unit was on the smaller side but very clean, the neighbors in the other units were friendly and didn’t make much noise. The beach was in close proximity and many restaurants/stores were within a 10-15 minute drive. Overall a great value for the money spent!

This property was almost perfect and clean and close to everything. The only thing I wish is that the place smelled of cigarette smoke.....I have really bad allergies and it really messed with mine. Also when I got home everything smelled of smoke. Again not a smoker and it really was the only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score. If you don't mind smoke then this is a fantastic place.

This property was perfect for my needs. The owners were friendly and willing to work with me when it appeared a wrinkle had happened with my train. It all worked out wonderfully and I was happily able to spend the entire time I had paid for instead. The closeness to the beach was wonderful as were all the local attractions. I loved my time there and would highly recommend it to my friends :)

We honeymooned in Cocoa Beach and this VRBO was absolutely perfect. It was cozy and had just enough space for the two of us. The hosts provided lovely amenities and it was walking distance from the beach! We enjoyed this so much and will remember this trip for the rest of our lives!

My luck, Cold in Florida. The Faux fireplace saved the week. The unit was clean and cozy with easy walk to beach. Tried to watch rocket launches twice, my luck, scrubbed. Back at property fixed nice home cooked meals. Good stay, but parking at night can be tricky. Spaces not assigned. For the price we will go back again.
