Presented & Managed by Tahoe All Seasons Properties The Tahoe townhome is newly remodeled and located in a lovely gated community at Lake Tahoe. The gated community features a private beach and tennis court privileges. The condo has a peek-a-boo view of Lake Tahoe from the large outside deck and is only 2.5 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the five Stateline casinos.   With three bedrooms and three full baths, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The main living area is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV/VCR/DVD player. Wireless internet is available for the business-minded or for general internet surfing. Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and master bathroom. An additional deck off the master bedroom provides a more spacious feel. There is an extra room that we have set up as an office/entertainment room. Equipped with a desk, chair, computer monitor and a PlayStation game console. With the privately accessible beach, pier, and access to tennis courts, this wonderful townhome offers an abundance of activities during a vacation. The Space: Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 3 Bonus Room: 1 (office/entertainment game room) Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at the nearby Safeway parking lot at ones own risk. View of the lake: Peek-a-Boo Lake View. Not Lakefront.   Features:  • 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch bed • Washer/ Dryer • Gas Fireplace • Two decks with BBQ equipment • Beach Equipment   Please Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided.   HOUSE RULES: Check-in after 4 pm Check-out before 11 am Children/Family-Friendly NO parties/events: Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Max guests 6 Minimum age of primary renter 25   Max occupancy: 8 THE MAX OCCUPANCY INCLUDES CHILDREN & ADULTS. RENTERS ARE NOT TO EXCEED THE OCCUPANCY MAX. THIS IS VERY STRICTLY ENFORCED!   Please Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.    All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash.    Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at the nearby parking garages or lots.   Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am   Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon.    We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!!  We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.  THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away. $50 Cancellation Fee Vacation home rental permit # DSTR1169P Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.    Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.

The home itself was unimpressive, Pinewild is pretty, overall it was fine and clean. The beds were not very comfortable nor were the pillows. Some foam mattress toppers and new pillows would go a long way. Especially, when you remove all the sheets and see the stains on the pillows without liners. Luckily we brought our own pillows. The home also smelt like dog. But, I’m just sensitive to that as we do not have indoor animals. I don’t believe they allow pets, so maybe the owners have animals. There was an electric bbq and the kitchen had what we needed to make dinner and breakfast. The management company was responsive and great. I’m not opposed to staying again. It did rain most of the time we were there, so sadly we didn’t get to hang out at the beach very much, but they did have a closet with beach chairs and and umbrella.

Space was spotlessly clean, well appointed, and well equipped we did not want for anything. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you.

Wonderful location and property for a family get together. The wide expanse of sandy beach is perfect for kids and sand play. Great area for kayaking too.

My family had the best time staying at this property. It was so quiet and the view was great. We also enjoyed preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was a great weekend retreat and we plan to stay again.

All 7 of us had a wonderful time. Enough room for all. Clean, plenty of towels and necessities for a weeks worth. Loved location & private beach area. Hope to return again next year. Thank you.
