The side door was broken and we were not able to park closer to the door. The water in our shower did not get hot and the elevator was dirty too. The cleanliness was not as great as before when I stayed there. The staff and everyone was Great.

The front desk staff was so welcoming
I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned each day. Towels should be replaced everyday without having to call front desk and trash should be removed each day of stay.

LOCATION AND SERVICE ALONG WITH THE MORNING MEAL.
THE FLOORS IN THE ROOM WAS STICKY AND THE BATHROOM HAD LITTLE BLACK DEBRIS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN VACUUMED UP BUT IT WASN'T

The room was nice and clean
What was stated on my reservation was not what I obtained. Staff acted like they were clueless and couldn't achieve simple task.They made the staff a 5/10 experience
