We enjoyed the house, amenities, and location to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious, well decorated and each had a sizable bathroom. There is plenty of living space for a group. It was also a short bike ride to Rosemary Beach which was convenient too. The entire 30A area is lovely and a great place for families. Thanks for a great week.

As someone who reads all reviews and tries to do their homework before landing on a place to rent, let me tell you that this place was better than advertised! We had 8 adults and 2 children as four couples in our family all met up for a long weekend here and we simply could not have been more impressed. The house is amazing and very well kept. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach. The pool right across from the house was perfect as well. It is so close to all the shops and restaurants. Can easily take a long walk or even better use the bikes provided to get around. We have already decided that we are definitely doing this trip again next year in the same exact house. And for this family to all agree is really saying something.

I can’t say enough great things about 14 Mathis Cove. My sister and I do a week in this area every summer and this rental was the best one yet! The house was so clean, fully stocked, had tons of extra pillows and towels, the house bikes were better than our rentals, the grill and upstairs deck were in perfect condition, etc. The ac worked perfectly, always a plus! The owner, Lisa was responsive immediately to any questions or suggestions we had/needed. She even went as far as to recommend an urgent care for me as I got sick and for a place to spend time while waiting for our late afternoon flight after check-out. Literally, do yourself a favor and stay at this gem just a block to the best beach and then come back to the pool to cool off after your evening bike rides! We will definitely be back-thank you!!!

This home is very clean and well stocked. We were all very comfortable during our stay and had everything on hand that we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and large bathrooms/showers. Great location near Shades, Shoppes @ 30A & the Donut Hole.

Wonderful vacation in a great location!
Such a beautiful home with everything you need! We stayed in Destin the past two years and this year we decided to venture a little further east to Inlet Beach, and we were not disappointed. Less crowds, low key, and still close enough to everything you need. Lisa was wonderful to work with and very kind and attentive. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, which can be a lot with little kids in the heat, so next year we’ll probably rent a golf cart. We’ll be back!!
