Situated in Washington, this charming house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This clean, model home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 TV'S. All on one level. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and much more. The backyard has a spectacular view of Coral Canyon Golf Course, mountains, hills and a pond. It sits Right across from pool, hot tubs and showers. Relax each night on the back patio, just soaking up the views. Sleeps 8 adults in beds. 'SLEEP NUMBER' beds in king room. Individual settings let you choose your own individual comfort. 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed (1 single and 1 double and 1 queen}. We also have a pack-n-play. Large master closet fits the pack-n-play for a quiet sleeping baby or pad for child. Please read reviews of other guests stay. Club house area is a big hit for all ages. This was a great property and was exactly as advertised. It was very spacious, the beds were excellent, and the pool and amenities right out the front door. The owner was so pleasant and quick to communicate with us. We would stay here again and we are already planning our next trip here!

The location of this home is a perfect option to see and do many things in southern UTAH. We enjoyed a day at Zion hiking and site seeing. We went on a UTV tour just 10 minutes from the home. Made a quick stop into Sand Hollow for a quick swim and paddle as well. The home had every amenity we needed from coffee maker to hair dryer. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out and relax as well. We only had a short time to visit and would love to return to do much more.

This was the nicest VRBO I ever had for the price! Very comfy bed and sheets, awesome layout and location. Pool was closed for maintenance, no biggie & outside of owners control but looked really nice right across the street. Only thing I would change is house was 83 when we arrived late in the day and took a while to cool it down and was still hot at bedtime. Can’t wait to come back & will bring my clubs looks like a fantastic golf course! Easy drive to Zion, Snow Canyon and even Bryce for a day. Take the long way to Bryce and drive through Zion Tunnel. Owner had tons of useful info available too and even had distilled water in pantry for my CPAP LOL

This was a great spot. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse along with being able to sit on the back patio and watch some golf was very nice! Everyone of the family members had a great time and we can’t wait to return!!

We were very happy with this reservation. Terry is very responsive and accommodating. The pools are right across from the house. There are 3 pools so it was never crowded. Plenty of parking if extra is needed.

This home is lovely with great views for morning coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. We loved how spaceous the home was and that it felt like we were home. We were able to have quiet time to study, read books in the evenings and time to cool off at the pool.

We loved our visit! This home was a perfect location- convenient to Zion, Bryce & local State Parks! The house was clean, had everything we needed & had a beautiful view of the sunsets. The pool is located right across the street & was safe for our kids to go back & forth. Terry was responsive & very easy to work with! Thank You!

What we loved the most… Plenty of space in the home for our family of 8 to not feel crowded. View out living room window/sitting out back with morning coffee was beautiful and peaceful. Easy access to pool (kids could go back and forth alone) Quiet neighborhood for strolling/biking. Jetted tub in master bath. The big stack of beach towels Communication with owners so easy and pleasant. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Decently located townhome with amazing views of Coral Canyon. Home and clubhouse are clean and inviting. Can sleep 4-5 comfortably, more if you share beds. The only negative is a super old bbq grill that needs to be replaced asap. Owner is responsive and caring.

This was our first stay on our spring break adventure. And it was definitely the best! Tough act to follow. Just as beautiful as you’d expect from the pictures. It was pristine and had the best bed I’ve ever slept on. Sleep number is now on my wishlist!! We had cold weather so we couldn’t enjoy the patio much but the views are breathtaking. Terry was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Which we did. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Loved this house. It was right off the freeway. It was right across the street from the pool and I sat in the backyard and watched the golfers all morning. It was awesome. Great home for our family to get away for a few days. Kitchen was well stocked. The coffee maker didn’t seem to work great but that very well could have been me just not knowing how to use it. I would definitely come back for another stay.

This is an amazing clean home. Great location and the pool is heated to a good temperature. The only thing I noticed in this rental that has been different in all other rentals is that there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.

We had a great time here. My two toddlers loved playing in the heated pool and the toys/books that were in the home. Everything was as described and the host was quick to communicate and very accommodating. Clean, nice home with lots to do in a short distance! Would definitely recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful townhome and excellent location. We were attending the Huntsmen Games in St. George and this was a perfect spot with the pool across the street! We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Went w my boys for a short summer vacation to tour Zion. We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this property was ranked by my family and I second best ever. This was a relatively newer condo and well-maintained. No nicks or chips in the wall. It truly represented someone’s home who entrusted it to us. The location on the golf course was a huge plus because when I was done playing #4, I walked up the hill and grabbed a Gatorade out of our fridge. Good owners and good managers.

Property was just as described, pictures accurate. We wanted to stay someplace close to Zion and this property suited us very well. Very open floor plan and nicely decorated. Beautiful view to look at while having a cup of coffee and watching the golfers. Very responsive when we had concerns, the garbage hadn't been left out for pick up before we arrived and were completely full when we arrived. We did the best we could with squeezing our garbage in.
