You can't beat the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Coral Canyon golf course. The big dining room table seats up to seven with additional seating for two at the counter. The kitchen has a huge island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is loaded with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. Off the dining room and through the sliding glass door you will find a grill to cook up a delicious meal as well. Outside there is a darling bistro set and an additional patio table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine and meals outdoors. The master bedroom (TV and DVD player) is large and has amazing golf views with its floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a king bed and a huge master bathroom. The second bedroom offers another king bed to help accommodate you with comfort. The third bedroom is set up so cute with two twin beds and a twin trundle. There is an additional full bathroom down the hall. A laundry room provides a full washer and dryer for your use. The home also has a 2-car attached garage. A top-ranked Golf Course 5 minutes away and the great community amenities across the street. Two pools and hot tubs (heated year-round), a ping pong table and Foosball table, and putting green at the clubhouse ensures more family fun and bonding time. Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St George yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! Beautiful home but the worst beds we have ever slept in. My husband tried every bed in the house and couldn't get comfortable, these beds my be ok for 1 or 2 nights but not 6. The kitchen was great well stocked especially for baking. Very loud traffic noise, next to a very busy road. There was also a very bad sewer smell that seemed to come in the afternoon making it unpleasant to have the sliding doors open or to sit outback. The wifi was almost nonexistent, it cut out every few minutes we had a very hard time watching the world series, we had to revert to an app on our phone. We did enjoy our visit with family in St George.

The property was clean and very nice. It had a beautiful view of the golf course. The downside is we didn’t sit outside long to enjoy the view because this location is right next to a busy highway. It was loud. The busy highway and the WiFi having issues with trying to watch tv were the two downsides.

The house was gorgeous. It was well stocked for me to cook in. There was so much space to eat, relax and sleep in. I could not recommend it enough.

Very easy check in, great location, and comfortable well-equipped townhome with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was getting TV to stream in living room but didn't deter from our stay as we did not really use it much.

We were in town for Ironman. The location of the property was perfect and the residence was very clean. The "flow" of the layout worked great for cooking, visiting, and privacy. Would highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful vacation home. The kitchen was a delight for preparing meals. There was an abundance of space for 4 adults, with room for more. The home was very clean. We were in the area for a few days of hiking and found the location convenient for this.

Opening and closing the garage without a remote opener or code is also a minor inconvenience. My three year old grandsons wants to know when we are going back to our St George house., hopefully soon.

This property is next to bike course of the event so my wife was able to sit on back porch and watch us race! Location was 15 minutes from swim at lake and 15 minutes from downtown St. George so that worked out perfect! The hot tub in the community center was a 30 second walk away and was great. Loved the place.

Great escape!
The location of this house has the best view! We enjoyed eating dinner on the back patio each night and watching the sunset. The house was located very close to the pool, which the kids loved! The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with enough equipment to make dinners. It was a lovely place to stay.

Washington Utah Stay
This property is very well maintained. We had a lovely stay here. The only 2 negatives is that it is close to a loud road. We knew that going in, so it didn't bother us, but if that is something you don't like, then you might consider other properties. The other is that while the location is lovely on the golf course, it is not close to grocery stores or food options. Everything is about a 15 minute drive away. Again, didn't affect out trip, but something you should know. Overall, a lovely stay. The pool area is great, and there is a wonderful little fishing pond close by which was a surprise.

Love the view
The sliding glass doors looking out onto the golf course and the red rock mountains was exquisite! I’ll take the road noise to have the view. The pool is very comfortable even when the air temperatures were around 60°.

The photos don’t really do the property justice, a very nice home. The only issue is the traffic noise as mentioned in other reviews—but it didn’t bother us at all. It is a four lane road, but I like the end unit—it’s got great views, has additional patio space and is super private. I hope we get to stay here again.

My wife and I have rented over 20 times as Coral Ridge and this was the worst condo we have had. No lamps for reading, no ice maker, no living room curtains, weird TV in the bedroom. lock on sliding door not working, and condo next to highway.

This place was beautiful!
This end unit town house was beautiful! It had views for days. Little bunnies sat outside the floor to ceiling glass windows. It was quiet and cozy. There were only a few weird things, number one, the floor sounded like it had plastic wrap under the carpet and number two, they wanted no shoes in the house, yet they had sharp, uneven Travertine flooring throughout much of the home. Ouch! Yet, the home was beautiful and I would totally stay here again.
