The stay was amazing. The listing was exactly what we got. The only downside a little is the check-in process. It does take quite a bit to get checked in. But after that everything went smoothly I love that the location had a game room and restaurant in little stores as well.

Everything was good, however our TV went out. Spent 2 days trying to get it resolved and after 5 phone calls and trip to management, we were finally moved. They were kind enough to upgrade our room. Good stay, not enough parking in front of the condos. However beautiful resort.

I came here for a "work vacation" - I like to hole up for a week and bang out important projects (computer related). The unit itself is beautiful. The living room and master bedroom (with a large bath with jets) open up to a balcony on the water - right above a walking path. Gated community with security has little shops peppered throughout, making it a walking-friendly little village. Great value for the price. Communicative and attentive staff and booking contact. Definitely looking forward to returning.

We had a great time during our stay. There were so many things to do at resort didn’t have much of a reason to leave. Room was ok a little dated but clean and served it’s purpose. Would book here again, great location very close to convention center.

Check in went well for the most part but once we arrived to our room we found that it had not been properly cleaned and there was marijuana ash and stems on the bed side table. Based on the photos I was under the impression that we were staying in a condo with a water side view however this is actually a hotel resort and the room we were given faces the parking lot. Overall the hotel costumer service was good and Jake was quick to respond.

There’s so much to do on site without having to drive to the theme parks. Loved visiting Drafts sports bar and grill to watch MLB playoff games and good food. Pools were fun and loved my screened balcony. Next time I want to try the on site water park!

Centerally located for Disney, etc. Had a pleasant stay, the unit is on the end so it was quiet. The hotel itself is quiet. Couple things, ice machines not working and the elevator down for a few hours. Just inconvenient if carrying luggage, bags, etc. Jake the owner was fast in responding and pleasant as well.

Overall property is well maintained ! Great location! Lot's of pools! The cons Not enough Restaurant's only 1 plus a deli and take out pizza The market on site is a rip-off. Go to the Walmart down the road! No towels at the pools You have 2 in your room. Be prepared to be asked to attend a time share presentation.you Don't have to Go ! They just opened a water park didn't go. It's 20 dollars a person but it looked like kids enjoyed it ! Overall most people come here over and over again!

Jake was great at ensuring I had all the information necessary prior to check in which made everything so smooth. No issues at the desk. The unit itself would be perfect for a longer stay as it had pretty much the makings of a studio apartment, complete with a closet and kitchen with all necessary utensils. Very clean and plenty of restaurants on site. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately for us the weather was unusually cold so we did not get enjoy the pool or hot tub but they looked real nice.

We loved the studio suite for our honeymoon! The view of the lake was beautiful, and the recent renovations made for a beautiful modern suite. We loved it, and will absolutely look to Westgate for any future trips!
