Nestled in Deer Valley, this attractive condo for $190 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Luxurious Black Bear Condo is just a short two-minute walk to The Silver Lake Lodge in Upper Deer Valley. The condo sleeps 6, has 3 full bathrooms, and is professionally decorated. Features a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed. Open area kitchen/family room is a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes! The condo underwent some upgrades in the spring of 2020. There is newer carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures among other items. 2 BATHROOMS COMPLETELY REMODELED IN SPRING 2023. Ground floor provides easy access in and out without need for elevator. Access from garage requires one flight of stairs or quick elevator ride. 1 dedicated parking spot included with 7'6" clearance. Here are some amenities that make Black Bear #109 unique: • Private Hot Tub and patio. • Fully equipped kitchen includes: -Cooking utensils, spices, baking supplies, coffee maker, waffle iron, crockpot and other small appliances, etc. • Family Room includes: -42" Smart TV connected to a Bluetooth enabled sound system, Books, Board Games • Master Bedroom includes king sized bed and a 32" TV • Second Bedroom features queen bed, bunk bed and TV • 3 full bathrooms • Free high-speed Wireless Internet • Washer/Dryer • Gas Fireplace Black Bear Lodge is considered one of the nicest “luxury properties” in Deer Valley's finest region, Silver Lake Village. This condo is only a two minute walk (250 paces to be exact!) to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and shops. The lodge has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, community hot tub (in addition to the condo’s private hot tub) and exercise room. The lodge also provides underground heated parking and is located on the Park City bus route. Little things make a BIG difference! That's why so many of our guests come back year after year. Alex was extremely responsive and PMI did a great job answering questions regarding parking. We learned the garage has a height limit of 7’6” so leave the big rigs at home :)

Black Bear lodge is a very convenient location, offering easy access to the slopes and dining options within walking distance. The shuttle service is also extremely convenient. This is the third time we have stayed at Black Bear.

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It was spacious and comfortable. We loved the underground parking and first floor entrance which made unloading easy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bedroom mattresses were very comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. The location was extremely close to Silver Lake amenities, ski valet and ski rentals and lifts that take you up and down the mountains. I loved having my own hot tub after skiing all day. The management company and owner were very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend and we will be back!

We just returned from a 9 night stay in this condo, which we found to be exactly as described and pictured. We've stayed in Black Bear Lodge several times, and this was our favorite unit so far. The first floor location makes it easy to come and go, and the oversized patio was lovely to have (and I imagine would be really gorgeous in the summer). The condo is a short walk to Silver Lake Lodge, making it an easy process at the beginning and end of the ski day (highly recommend taking advantage of the free ski/boot overnight storage). The owner reached out directly before our stay to answer questions and he was friendly, honest, and I have no doubt would have responded personally to any problems during our stay (we had none). Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious condo walking distance to Silver Lake Lodge. Everything you need to stay in and relax, but close enough to enjoy downtown as well. It has everything one needs to experience Deer Valley at is finest. Thanks for the great communication and great stay. Hope to come back next year!

Bedding and towels were marginal. Old
condition and need to be replaced. Queen top sheet on king bed. Cleaning fee high for all that renter is required to do. We arrive same time cleaning woman arrived and she spent 20 min and was done. Unit clean but towels all wet. Property mgr needs to step it up a bit. Overall good

We stayed at Alex’s condo for a full week and could not have been happier. It is just a couple of minutes to the mountain, spotless, clean, has a great kitchen to cook for the whole family, and an enormous hot tub for the end of a long ski day. One of the great finds in DV, and can’t recommend it enough. We are already rebooked for next year.

Very comfortable place to stay. We only had one problem. We had three people taking showers. By the time the third person took a shower there was no hot water. Every day somebody had to take a cold shower. We had a great vacation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our Deer Valley visit was just wonderful, largely due to staying in this very comfortable, clean and well-equipped condo. It was just as pictured in the listing with everything you need being provided. The condo is spacious with very comfortable beds, great kitchen, and having 3 full baths is beneficial. The location is beautiful and convenient - we were able to walk right over to the hiking trails we wanted to experience which was a huge plus. We especially appreciated the responsive communication with both our host, Alex, and the property management company. Checking in and out was a breeze. All in all, it was a wonderful and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to return here in the future.

This place was in a great location, however we were disgusted with the extreme mold in two of the showers and human hair on the towels. The towels were old, a mush mash of colors and as I stated had hair on them which disgusted us. I’m sorry to say… but because of these two things, we would return. Please have your housekeeping keep up with the standard in which it should be and buy new white, clean towels for the place. Cleanliness is not an option!

We enjoyed this condo, which had a great location close to the ski lifts. My teenager and I checked our skis at the slopes and could easily walk to and from the condo in our ski boots. We walked back for lunch a couple times as well.
The condo is also in a great location within the black bear complex- ground floor with quick access to the sidewalks leading to the lift area. We rented skis for my teen at the ski shop in the complex next door (super convenient and great price if you reserve online in advance). We had one maintenance issue after check in and the property manager answered the call at 8 pm and was very responsive (also sent someone the next day to check and ensure everything was addressed). Great communication with the owner and the property manager. Easy check in which was a relief after arriving a bit later in the evening than expected. Condo is clean, comfortable, bigger than expected, and very convenient. As other reviewers have noted, it is a complex with neighbors above, which can generate some noise at times through the ceilings but I would not consider it to be a big issue and I would be eager to rent this unit with its ground floor location again. Internet was good and allowed me to take a Zoom meeting when needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that might be a nice enhancement would be a ski boot dryer perhaps. Overall a great stay at this condo, solid value for the location and proximity to the slopes, and I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Great location and the unit was perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen, washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Instructions for turning on the TV and getting Netflix was painful. 5 remotes is 3 too many.

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. Great location, well stocked with everything we needed and comfortable beds. The one thing that shocked us was the units don’t have air conditioning. Not usually a big deal in the area but the week we were there was very hot. Thankfully it does cool down at night. The owner was very responsive to any questions prior to ours stay.
