About this house rental
Situated in Ono Island, this attractive house for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Guests: Please note the cleaning fee has increased. We have been doing the cleaning "in house" for the past 7 years. We are now turning it over to a professional company and the rate has unfortunately gone up. Private home across the street from the beach. Riverfront with boat and RV slip for you to use during your stay. Nestled on the white, sandy beaches of Perdido Key, this is the ultimate beach house. Upstairs there is a large living room with two pull-out couches, two bedrooms, a loft with two full beds, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. Downstairs is a separate apartment with a king bed, bathroom, and laundry room. No beach getaway is complete without plenty of outdoor living space. Upstairs has a large wrap around porch with a 360 degree view of beautiful Perdido Key, Ole River, Ono Island, and Orange Beach. Downstairs there is a huge covered outdoor space perfect for reading, boiling shrimp, grilling out, or just getting out of the sun for a few minutes. There is also a large uncovered deck and a pier over Ole River with fish cleaning station and a boat slip large enough for any center console. The driveway extends alongside the house and has a 30amp hookup for a motor home or RV. The beach is easily accessible and there is a chair rental station just across the street. Also within walking distance is the World famous Flora-Bama Lounge, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, the new Ole River Bar, the Flora-Bama Lounge and Package, a Waffle House (exciting, right??), and a couple of gas stations. What a great place! It was just what we needed and had everything you could imagine within a few hundred steps to the white sandy beaches and FloraBama. It was just two of us so we stayed in the comfy bedroom downstairs! Thanks, Grant! We hope to make it back next year! -RJ & CC

SummerSaltz is the perfect location! Close to Flora-Bama, Yacht Club, and beach. Also great hanging out at SummerSaltz's outside bar area and boatslip dock.

We loved being able to hang outside rain or shine with the awesome under deck space. Walking to the beach was so easy and it was great playing on the river. Several restaurants in walking/kayaking distance. Fun for the whole family!

We felt like the owners just invited us in! What's theirs was ours. What an amazing, fun place. The downstairs bar/grilling space, boardwalks, hammocks, dock and beautiful riverfront was perfect for my husband's week-long birthday celebration. Past visitors left messages on the bar posts. The outside bathroom has a urinal made from a keg. It goes on and on. Would love to meet our hosts, the special family who built this vacation home. Really guys, you have to see Summer Saltz!

We loved this rental. The location was perfect. You can relax on the wharf and watch the boats pass on Old River. We brought out boat and it is an excellent central location to boat around the bays near orange beach. Kitchen is fully stocked and the washer and dryers are very nice. We will definitely rent again.

July 2020 Vacation
When I was looking for a place to rent, the one thing which caught my attention was that we were able to tie our boat up to the dock which was on the property. We had to put the boat in and out in a different area which wasnt a problem at all. This saved us money from having to find a place to rent for the storage of the boat while We were here. We stayed out back most of the trip and only went to swim at the beach once. Everything we need was here. The kids loved playing in the river. We enjoyed our on private area away from everyone, yet, we were close to Everythingthing. All you need to pack your clothes and personal items. This places has it all. The owner Grant, is so professional, easy to communicate with and returns all emails, phone calls, and text messages. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful family vacation! No reason to ever leave the property! We had 3 generations from different parts of the country and everyone loved it! We will be back for sure!!
