The property is obviously a well used rental unit. The furnishings are basic. The unit was very clean. The view is Fantastic. Loved waking up to the sounds of the gulf. The beach is lovely. The sunsets are incredible. We would definitely return to the building.

The heat wasn’t easy to to figure out. The main bedroom bathroom did not have a good shower head. The place was spacious and very clean good view of the beach. Would have liked to have been able to move tge screens on the balcony. Overall a very nice place to stay.

I messaged the host 4 times to make sure everything was going to be ok with our late arrival and was told our welcome packet and keys would be in the late arrival box at the office. We arrived as scheduled looked in the late arrival box and no welcome packet for us. After several calls with no answer we finally got ahold of someone who was able to get the building manager. He called me and said he could meet us at the property with the keys in 15min. I certainly appreciate him meeting us at the property but we had to wait over an hour for him to finally show up. After getting our keys the condo itself could definitely use some update (furniture especially) but the location and view is unbelievable!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Great location, great view, well equipt and accommodating. I dont have anything negitive to say, but I will mention that it could use a few upgrades/ repair, some of the outlets do not work, the lights over the dining table do not work, and would lo4ve to see a code keyless lock on the door. Which none of the mentioned cause any problem or inconvenienced our stay!

Overall great stay and we would return again. I agree with past reviews that some things are outdated but we spent most of the time out at the beach so it didn’t matter much. Patio furniture was very uncomfortable, as well as the bed. We did appreciate all the extra towels with children this helped! Better management than Vacasa.

Of course the location is premier, however, the furnishings were not acceptable related to bedding and beds. The refrigerator had rust on outside, the master bedroom shower door was missing a rack to pull closed. The toilet in main bath needed to be updated or repaired. The kitchen sink needs to be replaced. There was a missing cover for the light on the kitchen. The beds were broken. The AC was fantastic!!! Also disappointed to learn that we had to go and pickup and deliver keys. It was inconvenient and held up the start of our vacation. Would suggest a keypad with a code.

Condo unit was clean upon arrival and had a very well stocked kitchen (utensils, small appliances, bake ware, etc). Kitchen and bathrooms could really benefit from an update/remodel.
Property is very family friendly, quiet and safe. Master bed was very comfortable and closets were stocked with extra pillows, blankets and two roll away beds.
Check in and check out process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to pick up and drop off keys at office on Longboat Key. We ended up being stuck in traffic for over 45 minutes upon check out, to go 2 miles.

The view from the condo was beautiful. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable but overall it was very nice place to stay. There is no elevator and the steps to the second floor are hard. We will stay there again. The view is worth it.

Perfect location on the beach. The view from the screened in balcony is unbeatable. We saw dolphins several days. The heated pool was great to have for an alternative for the kids. The unit had lots of games for when we needed a break from the sun which was also great.

The location is great and the view is spectacular. The condo has a nice layout to it. It is pretty out dated but for the money we paid it was fair. The bathrooms were what needs the biggest updates. The couch looks comfortable but is the most uncomfortable couch I've probably ever sat on. The linens are old and can stand to be replaced with new. All in all, for the money paid, it was the best deal on the island with that kind of view and we would happily stay there again. RVA did a great job.

The unit was clean & the location was great! The check-in & out is kind of a pain. You have to go to Longboat key to pick up & drop off keys. Not a huge problem unless traffic is bad. Also, you can’t even pick up the keys before 4:00. The condo needs some updating. Old appliances, old showers. A little bit of effort would go a long way.

RVA promised that I would have first right of refusal to rent This condo for next year. Therefore I waited until we stayed there to commit to the following year. When I went to check the listing, I saw that they had rented it to someone else. They refused to fix the problem. As it turned out, we would never have stayed in this condo again. It was disgustingly filthy. RVA also did not refund my $250 security deposit until I called them a month after our departure. I’m sure this is their policy and easy way to keep your money unless you are on top of things. They are an extremely poorly managed business. Do not rent from them! As stated, the condo was filthy. There was a mold smell throughout, dirty carpet and sofa, missing bulbs, broken closet door, toilet that had to be plunged after each use, broken microwave, no beach chairs, no pool key, no mattress pads on any beds, no kitchen towels cloths or hot pads, no iron to go with the ironing board, useless remotes everywhere, flickering lamp, and a washing machine that moves across the room during the spin cycle, My husband and I tried to work with Jill Hollywood but she was rude and disrespectful and uncooperative with us. We really expected her to honor the first right of refusal that was promised to us especially after I told her that her company never charged my credit card the final payment. I’m sure had I not said anything I would not have been charged because when she checked into it she saw that it had been a major oversight. RVA should not be in business. Sunset Terrace 208 should not be inhabited.

This is a great on-the-beach location near good restaurants and shopping. However the condo was "worn". Ceiling fans were not functioning as designed and missing globes and bulbs, faded furniture, broken lamps and extension cords everywhere. The two electric, upright vacuums were not functional, one had a broken suspension, the other lacked a drive belt. When we arrived for our months stay, it was well cleaned. Overall, it was enjoyable but the condition was not as advertised.

Several maintenance issues in the unit and check in issue have been reported to the property manager to help make the next guest's stay better, We love the property, but this unit needs some routine maintenance and some TLC. Good location on the beach with easy access. Condo wasn’t very clean, ants all over the kitchen counter and under the blender, we had to clean when we arrived. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the master bedroom smelled like moldy carpet. This condo needs some updating but was okay for our stay. We wouldn’t rent this one again. We were unaware that it was 3 flights of stairs with no other access. The parking garage was very hard to maneuver and get in and out of unless you had a small compact car. The trash was overflowing in the parking garage and was all over the garage floor. The people who lived there were not very friendly. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go to longboat key to the rental office to get keys and drop them off when checking out.

Nice 2 bedroom vacation rental right on the beach. Full kitchen with most kitchen items. Great patio with view of the gulf. Kept food in refrigerator due to many tiny ants in kitchen. Getting rid of broken and old furniture with and replacing with new would enhance it (rather than signs with do not sit- broken). Excellent location and comfortable bed. Overall it was a nice stay.
