Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer decorated and renovated from the inside out. There are three Cal-king masters with en-suites and two children's bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs in the loft is a queen size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children's bedrooms are full over full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom room has a separate shower and bathtub. Hardwood floors run throughout. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen, and a second living room. Both of the living room sectionals contained queen sleeper beds. The game room is in the basement with ping pong and a foosball table. There are strollers, high chairs, and booster seats for your infants & toddlers. The home has Central Air & Heat. Queen air mattress available in the house with additional bedding. Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. 6-7 miles to Disneyland and about 6-7 miles to Anaheim Convention Center. This house SLEEPS 20 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. *All Major credit cards & debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Additionally, houses are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.

We have a large, family with 12 adults and 8 grandchildren, the property was perfect to accommodate everyone in a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped to feed and serve this group. Everything was as advertised, we will stay again..

Beautiful property with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 14 people. We really enjoyed the huge dining table that everyone could gather around together all at once. The property manager was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall was a wonderful stay!

We loved this home. Plenty of room for everyone. About a 10 minute, easy drive to Disney. Perfect home for a large family. Alarm on the back door was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Bathroom with each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It’s very spacious and was absolutely perfect for my group of 17! Would definitely come back! Super calm neighborhood, close to a school. Very clean and simple neighborhood. loved the area.

Good location close to Disney. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. House has some structural upgrades and some nice features (pool, life jackets, jacuzzi, entry gates, safety door alarm on door leading to pool which is great when you have small kids, plenty of space for our party, etc.). FYI - The loft room is only accessible by a steep, narrow spiral staircase. Not for small kids and seniors. A little harder for those with a little more weight on them. Whoever uses the loft should be in fairly good shape and able to carry the luggage in front of them the entire way up and down. Otherwise it's a struggle.
Had issues with cleanliness. The floors were filthy upon arrival. No mops or dusters provided. So, we bought them. Both couches have a sagging/sinking section. The leather ottomans were peeling and coming off on clothing or anything placed on them. The furniture needs to be replaced/updated. Some dishes/utensils were cloudy, not clean, and/or had film on them. We bought paper products. Dust was very visible on the plants and the air vents. There was hair in various showers. We cleaned the bathrooms and high touch surfaces, which you could see needed to be wiped.
Overall, the house is okay. It had ample space for our party and some nice-to-haves, but cleanliness and nice/presentable furnishings are a must, especially when pay as much as you do to rent a place for a week.

The Santa Ana home was clean and spacious and accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. Heated pool and spa was great as kids (and adults) could enjoy after a long day at Disney. Close to the shops (especially Starbucks) which was a bonus. Would definitely come back.

We were happy with the property. Communication was good location was great. The only negative was it was a bit dirty, not so dirty it was a problem but more like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. Pool was great, hot tub heated very fast. We would absolutely stay there again.

We have stayed at this home for two years in a row and love it! Our company rents it for us to stay at while exhibiting at the Natural Products Expo. Its a great location and after working a tradeshow all day, being able to go back to the quiet neighborhood and relax in the hot tub is amazing!!

Pros - The property is located at the nicer part of Anaheim and quick drive to amusement parks, etc. Big dining table and island that can seat at least 20 people. Decent number of bathrooms (5 total).
Cons - We paid extra for having bigger group but we ended up have to pick up paper towels and trash bags at a grocery store. The property management company only provided 3 trash bags for the entire 5 nights, 6 days stay and two small rolls of paper towels (not the big full size - this is the cheap quality that is half of the Bounty or Brawny brand). When we reached out, it took them 48 hours to respond and their answer was that’s all they provided. So we had to pick those up at a grocery store. Toilet paper is also limited. We were out all day for those 5-6 days, or else we would need to pick up additional toilet papers. While the house comes with 5 bathrooms, many of the bathrooms don’t have any hooks and towel rack/bar to hang up your towels. The bedsheets and blankets are not comfortable.
We expected better service and comfortable stay when we paid for more and selected for premium host, but that was not the experience we got.

Property management only has 3 garbage bags for a whole week. Water softener had no salt in it. And the property manager turned the hot tub off the last full day and wouldn’t turn it back on. They were very delayed in responding.

We have stayed at many Premium VRbo homes… and We stayed for Thanksgiving- The house was Beautiful but the provided toilet paper was was HARSH- for a premium home should provide premium products- No Tissue boxes anywhere- Also when preparing to sit for Thanksgiving dinner - very disappointing short on utensils, 6 spoons and 12 forks… There were 20 of us…. Had to run to 7/11 for plastic.
Again the home was perfect - provided supplies bad - Bring your own.

It looked like the photos, but with a bit more wear. We enjoyed our stay, but I contacted the property manager upon arrival requesting more towels, and never heard back.There were 16 of us, as specified in the rental agreement, and there were not sufficient towels. The outdoor furniture was not very clean and had cat hair on it.

A group of 8 work colleagues shared this property and it was lovely! Just like the pictures showed: Beautiful ample space, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, wonderful pool/hot tub, cute neighborhood, all we could hope for. Would highly recommend!

We were nine adults and four children under 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. We found the home to be "as described" and especially enjoyed the very large dining table and well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi was large and everyone enjoyed it and the pool. The security system installed on the sliding glass door to the pool made sure that none of the children could get outside on their own. The home is in a nice, well kept neighborhood and close to many restaurants and attractions. We had to call the maintenance man a couple of times and he was very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint we had was that some of the beds were a bit soft.

We had 5 adult coworkers stay at the house as we were in the area for work. It was perfect as everyone had their own bathroom (4 were master bedrooms with private bathrooms). The house is well laid out. The large kitchen table was perfect for us to work at. I could see this also being perfect for a few families to stay in as two of the bedrooms had bunk beds.

We had a nice family reunion in June. This house was clean and accommodate all of us. The rooms are big enough for all. Kids loved the swimming pool and the game room. We are hoping to go back for our next get together.

The house was spacious. We used this house for a family reunion. We had 4 sets of family with us. We enjoyed the pool. We had some issues with the controls with the pool and jacuzzi and when we contacted them they were very responsive.

The process was well managed with no issues and great communication throughout. The only issue which is why I knocked off a star was the low quality of the mattresses in the bedrooms, they were all relatively low quality and we're soft and sagging in the middle so all of the party were complaining of a poor night's sleep. I think the mattresses should be upgraded so this aspect of the property is of the same quality as the rest of the property. Other than that the rest of the facilities were of a decent standard and we did enjoy our stay here.
