ゲレンデが近く、駐車場も敷地内にあるので便利だと感じました。
シャワーの他、水の水圧が弱すぎました。シャワー浴びるのも一苦労します。

Customer Service was amazing. We ran into a little bit of a hiccup between the website and the property. Mrs. Vicki was incredible at springing into action to make sure we were well taken care of. The property had an English speaking staff which made it easy to commincate our needs. Within walking distance of the ski resort and the equipment rentals available on property were cheaper then what was available on the slopes. would definitely stay again.
Driving up the mountain can be tricky make sure you have snow tires or a set of snow chains during the winter. Its a little far from the city make sure you grab the items you need from Nagano before coming up.

apartment was spacious enough, location was good, staff very helpful and friendly
Have a working Onsen for a start, water pressure was terrible.
Breakfast was too basic and uninspiring, toaster couldn't cope with traffic of people
lounge room furniture needs updating
