Disappointed with the staff as they would be mostly unwilling to help us, making minor issues worse.

I think the room itself was great, there was lots of space for the five of us and we felt comfortable even with all of our luggage. The beds were comfortable and the linen was warm. I did like the food provided by the restaurant as well below, it was cheap, delicious and quick, perfect were an easy meal. We were given lifts at check-in and check-out which was helpful, and they also accommodated us with an earlier check-in which was very appreciated.

Unfortunately there were a few issues that we experiences throughout the stay and the staff seemed reluctant to help us. The apartment lacked basic amenities within and there were issues with the shower pressure and temperature and no hand towels provided (only large towels). There were difficulties in replacing the ammenities within the apartment, including washing powder for our laundry. When our room was cleaned in the middle of our stay basic amenities were not replaced including tissues, dishwashing liquid and soap. When our beds were remade after this clean one of the sheets was stained and dirty. These issues are minor, and it would have been easy to overlook all of this if it was easy to communicate with the staff. Unfortunately, it was very hit or miss if we would receive help from staff. There were some staff members who would be very helpful but others would deny us service or only give it to us reluctantly. Perhaps there were some translation issues but we would notice that certain staff members would be annoyed if we asked for help and it felt like we had to plead to get them to even call a taxi to pick us up. We would have felt comfortable asking to get some of our minor issues dealt with if the staff felt approachable and helpful, but they did not and seemed annoyed every time we asked for help. Our requests for more detergent or for the staff to book taxis or call restaurants are fairly common to ask of accomodations but was made to feel like an annoyance. In our booklet given to us, it was advertised to us that lifts could be booked and organised a day in advance to be taken to the slopes however this was not the case. We were refused multiple times for lifts to the slopes, being told it was a special once off, which directly went against what we were told in the booklet. The staff said they were happy to pick up a guest who would be arriving later than the main group, only for the staff to change their mind with no reason given.

beautiful nature

We had a good stay, there is a market nearby. But it's good to have a car! The room is very clean. The jasmine cafe snacks are very good. Thanks!

There was no spare toilet paper! Only 1 roll!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. PIckup from bus station, drop back off, took us to the slopes Day 1 as we missed the shuttles. Great little cafe downstairs to have a beer and a bite to eat. Bath and shower, washng machine all worked well, cooking facilities all good. Plenty of room to dry clothes. Convenience store short walk down the road (I managed to do it in a blizard) or the echoland shops are even shorter. Overall the 5 of us were very happy with Hakuba Inn Bloom.

nice apartment plenty of space for our family of 5. good cooking facilities and not far from the supermarket if you feel like self catering. short walk to Echoland and close to bus stops for snow fields

Great apartment. Easy access to the ski fields. Nice staff. WiFi access a plus.

Lovely little 2 bed apartment which had all the usual amenities. Plenty of drying racks for our washing too which was great. Enough beds for family of 5. Nice hot shower and bath.

Could do with a few more bin liners. Some areas of the apartment need a clean. eg in the laundry/bathroom areas.

Accept dogs!

The apartment is very comfortable with a great location. However parking is close to the property. Accept dogs with peace of mind.

During the 4 days of stay, the power went out 6 times. This fact bothered our comfort a lot, as it was very cold and we had to warm up, shower and cook. So I always had to leave 1 air conditioner turned off. There is no air conditioning in every room.

great place to stay with dogs.

The location was great within Echoland. the staff is friendly was easy to communicate with via LINE with anything we needed. There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, but the flights between floors are short. We stayed with our two dogs and many other apartments had dogs. I was amazed we did not hear any others except when in the stairwell. There is also a drying room for all your snow gear and racks by the front door. I also appreciate that the apartments are keyless entry.

Bring towels. I ignored another review that mentioned this. The host did provide some after I requested, but they aren’t plush.

~70 m walk to parking area. Roads narrow; tucked away.

The wifi was terrible, the ability to use the appliances was limited due to power issues.
