We paid 250 for a standard room and they accidentally over sold on rooms. So they put us in our own private chalet valued at 4000 aud a night, so yeah pretty bloody chuffed!
The stay, the beds, the view, the location, the service, the amenities, the included breakfast, the local knowledge.. all exceptional.

We travelled here from Australia and from the minute we got to this place we were looked after by the host Eric. He explained everything to us in perfect English and made us feel at home. I recommend this place to everyone. The facilities are perfect with a lovely breakfast cooked each morning by the host. This has been a highlight of our trip.

Eric and his family are fantastic hosts that make this property memorable. Highly recommend them. They even went out of their way for us to find our misshipped gear and to drive to find it when needed.
Everything was OK. Hakuba in general just needs more transport options.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hakuba Snow Fox from start to end!
The host, Eric, is such a lovely person. He picked us up from/dropped us off at the station. He even let us check in early, which was much appreciated after a long travel day!
The location is excellent; close to a number of shuttle stops, quick walk to Echoland Main Street, and about 20min walk to 7-11 and a grocery store.
Can’t think of any! Location, breakfast, amenities, and host were all 10/10.
