The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a comfortable, clean, big wooden house with a spacious, cozy restaurant and a good chef. Though it’s not close to the bus terminal or JR Hakuba station, the hosts would like to provide a shuttle service for the guests. The breakfast is also provided and prepared by the chef
The bedroom is rather small and the lighting is not bright enough, but the living room is big with a relaxing atmosphere

The staff have been very thoughtful & caring, and we also love the neighbourhood of the hotel.
I wish the bathroom could be a bit more spacious.

The staff were very kind. They attended to our every need. They have a private onsen and We could use the bicycle for free. They were willing to pick and Drop us off at the station. The breakfast was delicious and my husband and I loved it. Highly recommend this place and would DEFINITELY come back🤭
