The staff was not Japanese (guessing from their accent), but they spoke very fluent Japanese!
It was a walkable distance from Lawson and the main bus station. We also walked around 10 mins to the gondola station Adam.
In Japan we are supposed to take our shoes off at the onsen area on the first floor, but a Chinese family wore their slippers onto the changing area of onsen area. It was very unpleasant to think that I had to walk around barefoot around places where the Chinese ppl wore shoes they wore outside!

the staff were really friendly and approachable! they also prepared breakfast specifically for my friend and i upon request the night before. additionally its only a 3-5min walk from the hakuba happo bus terminal, making it very convenient. our room also had a beautiful view of the mountains!

シンプルで清潔。深夜でも対応してくれる
大浴場の洗面台がベタベタで清楚が行き届いてなかった。
セルフで清掃できるような拭く物が置いてなかった。
