Location, Sauna & jacuzzi tub

Ants in the kitchen!! The lock/key system is flawed as it took 90 minutes & a service call to get into the property! The “help” line was obviously AI and was frustrating. A real person would have solved the issue in 5 minutes!!

Beautiful and comfortable house! Easy walk to south Salmon Creek Beach. Windows do need a wash— the view is so gorgeous, it’d be worthwhile to give it to your guests in full!

All and all it was a nice house. Just needs some work and a cleaning staff.

There was no breakfast. Great location Close to places. Bathtub was great . Plenty of room.

It was a little beat up. Stairs could really need some repairs. The grout was breaking off of most steps. A lot of windows would not open. One was broken and could not be used at all. Now a heads up about your cleaning crew. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out. There was dirty stuff on the shelves. No food just sticking stuff. Dirty dish left in dishwasher. Counters not wiped down. They did a good job on floors. Left a bag of chicken in the window seal on stairs. Also a roll of foil . Not sure why maybe forgot this stuff.

Pleasant but a bit stressful due to stairs location.

Close to beach. Large spacious house. View of ocean.

Not suitable for toddlers due to stairs. We were struggling to keep kids away from them.

significant ant problem in the kitchen and they got into some of our items we took with us. Would cause us to look for another property first next visit to Bodega Bay.

The sauna and tub were an amazing treat. The ocean was so close to walk to and you could here the waves from the place. It was just what we needed that week end. For all the amenities we had an amazing time. I will book there again. I really appreciated all the comforts the place provided.

Nothing it was perfect. we enjoyed every minute.

Cozy family beach dream

Easy check-in and it was wonderful to get a personal phone call from the owner. He asked us to put out the trash...no problem! We are happy to assist! The property was very close to the beach and easy access to all areas. The house had so many amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ, etc.) it is such a great location to get to various restaurants (if you don't want to cook), stores & shops. We plan to go there again sometime.

NOTES TO HELP THE OWNER: Upon arrival the home had a stale smell: we opened windows to air out; Dryer: cracked lint trap; Front window: cracked in lower part of glass; Screens: missing screen in kitchen window & also by the large picture window (small window), master bedroom is missing a screen in the window; Gas stove: vent did not work; Garbage compactor: worked somewhat; Sauna: missing a bucket/pan to put water for the rocks & one scoop was missing the coconut scoop (lol); Shower hose: bathroom shower hose is broken; Couches: animal hair & urine smell (no animals but, someone had one); we found a note left by the 'code enforcement' dept about a sign & yes we could not locate the property (except we had pictures & GPS to guide us) so, we made a driftwood sign to identify the house. Hopefully the owner will get an official sign (or use ours) so they will not get fined! Most all of these things are maintenance issues (easy fix)

The proximity to the ocean is great.

Filling the jetted tub used all the hot water. But it was a nice amenity to have available.
