Nestled in Mooresville, this attractive cottage for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Discounts apply for Weekly and Monthly stays. A beautiful, quiet and cozy lakefront cottage with over 300 feet of shoreline to enjoy. The abundance of trees allows you to unwind while swinging in the hammock or relaxing on the spacious deck however, those who prefer the sun can soak up the rays on your private dock. We have been blessed to have made so many wonderful memories with our family and friends over the years and hope that you will also make fond memories during your vacation on Lake Norman. The master bedroom has a King bed with sliding glass doors onto a spacious deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a full, on the bottom and a twin on top. A Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks separates the two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in each bedroom along with Roku, cable TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with new upgrades to accommodate your needs. The Family room has a fantastic view of the lake with cathedral ceilings, 3 ceiling fans with lights, a 50-inch Roku cable TV, stereo, DVD player, and internet. Also has a delightful dining area. The 2nd full bathroom is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The 1100 square foot pier has a covered boat house, sundeck, 12-foot platform, power outlets, lights and a 50-inch Roku cable TV for your lakeside viewing entertainment. Plenty of parking for additional boats and a boat launch (1/4 mile) within walking distance. The circle drive has additional space for several cars and boat trailers. The one-acre yard which is located on the point, is beautifully landscaped and offers a wooden kids swing set and hammock. In addition to these amenities, we offer up to 3 kayaks upon request. Side note: We do NOT charge a cleaning fee BUT we do ask our guess to leave the cottage as you found it. (Referring to cleanliness) Wipe down Bathrooms, Clean kitchen, etc. We do ask you to wash your dirty towels but just strip the sheets and place them by the washer. If you wish NOT to leave the cottage as you found it upon arrival, a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be added. Please let us know what you decide when booking. FYI; Even though most of our guest straighten up before they leave. We do go in and do a complete sanitation of the cottage before our next visitors arrive. This is a NON-SMOKING home and NO PETS ALLOWED!

Thinking about our wonderful stay. We were in the area for a wedding and came in a few days ahead and relaxed at this beautiful spot. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the quiet and then each evening with a glass of wine. Everything is clean and all the things needed for a great stay are available. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful home and gorgeous lake views. Very convenient to all amenities in area. It was a little too chilly for us to go out on lake--would love to do that on a future visit. Only suggestion I have is to provide a few throw blankets in living room for chilly evenings.

This cottage/cabin with boat accessible dock located back in a cove on Lake Norman is the perfect vacation getaway. The cottage is fully furnished with many extras. There is a campfire ring, kayaks , hammock. A very nice boat dock that was also great for fishing. We will definitely book this one again.

If you're looking to enjoy the perfect lakeside setting, look no further, this is it! Located at the water's edge but only minutes by car to civilization for shopping and sightseeing. Rustic cabin atmosphere contributes to the feeling of being on "Walden Pond"!! Thanks to our hosts for making this great place available for us to enjoy!

My adult children stayed here while in town for a family wedding. Quaint, cozy cabin right on Lake Norman with nice dock and space to swim and float. They had a blast jumping off 2nd tier platform. We look forward to other family & friends renting this place over the years.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage is VERY well maintained - all the deck lights work :) I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place with a wonderful location. We really enjoyed the crows nest. The kids jumped many times. They saw some great fish, caught some too. Thank you for the use of your cottage.

We're so glad we took this short get-away! It was conveniently located to restaurants, but it made us feel we had really gotten away. The house is a comfortable size, equipped with everything we needed. The view of Lake Norman from the large porch and the dock is great! The size of the grounds really gave us privacy and we loved all the Japanese maples and garden statues. There were many water amenities, but we preferred to watch others! We're hoping we can go back soon!

This was an absolutely incredible cottage. The view is simply beautiful. The cottage was so clean, and felt like home. The dock set up is pretty sweet. Loved the stereo system. Was nice being able to fish in comfort at the dock. The owners were easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this cottage. We travel often and this was by far one of best places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend this cottage!

We LOVED the house and the lake and sitting on the dock! We only wished the kayaks were cleaned and ready to go, we would have loved to use them but we did not. We also went and ate at the Blue parrot one day for lunch, it was very enjoyable.We would love to come back

The house is very we’ll maintained and clean. The lake is beautiful. There are nice restaurants and shops in Mooresville. The property owner was easy to contact and available if needed. Definitely recommend.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is great. Cozy and perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen, flooring, and furniture has been updated since 2020 and is very nice. This is a very comfortable, clean, lake cabin. The location is convenient to grocery, boat launch, restaurants, and bait shop. It is quiet. We enjoyed the kayaks and caught quite a few fish. There is a great swimming area for the warm water months and the dock is on deep water. The hosts are great to work with and we will be back.

We loved everything about our stay. The property owner had the house ready for early check in, the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our own meals, the bed was SO comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The view! I loved sitting on the back porch. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

We live in Fla. and our kids and grandkids live in Concord. So this was absolutely wonderful to experience such a property together. We stayed 4 days and never left, but the grocery store is only 5 minutes away. One morning while having cofee, a group of deer came and enjoyed the back yard, and another beautiful day we took the kayaks out and fished. Thank you for such gracious hospitality! We want to return in the summer!
