Everything as described. Loved our little condo with a great view, easy parking, great amenities. Spent time at one of the pools which was clean and guests respected the rules. Just a short walk to Sunset grille for dinner or drinks for sunset. Got to see a dolphin right from the swimming pool!
The condo has everything you need. Hairdryer, two beach towels, dishes and glassware, fan, comfy linens. Had enough amenities that we could have cooked our meals there but we were only there for the weekend. The a/c was pleasant and an extra fan was included for hot moments. We would definitely stay again! So glad our cousins recommended this to us!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our time eating lunch and watching dolphins! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and to the great local restaurants. Thanks for a perfect little getaway.

What an absolute great place! The listing doesn’t do it justice. I truly enjoyed this property and would love to return. The manatees, dolphins, eagles and osprey had me in awe the entire time. Such a great location to visit other beautiful beaches with a short car ride. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great Place to Stay
This is the perfect location to stay when we visit my in-laws who live in Freedom Plaza. This unit was very nice, had everything we needed during our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Also, very nice to have a view of the canal to watch the dolphins swim by.

Short getaway
The property was very cute and perfect for a couples getaway. The dolphins out front were excited to see. The little beach nearby was great for sunbathing. The restaurant on the beach was great for drinks and appetizers. 2 pools on the property. Overall a very fun time.

Unit was very clean and the air purifier is a special bonus to this unit. Check in has always been very easy and communicating with the owners/manager has also always been great! We’ve been going to Little Harbor for 3 years and the last 2 have been in this unit. We’re so grateful to have such a nice place to escape too and wonderful people to communicate with.

the size was perfect for us two. Clean, comfortable and nice view. Bed was super comfortable. Could have used some shower soap. And just a suggestion, a coffee table would have been great to eat at while watching TV. Would definitely stay again.

Great property
Absolutely amazing property we even saw dolphins a couple of the days we were there. We enjoyed sitting outside our room and just looking at the water. The sunset restaurant was decent food with entertainment nightly which was nice. We were there with family and other unit so it was kind of nice that we were all together. The condo itself was great head anything that you needed to use coffee maker microwave stove toaster. Everything about our state was fabulous thank you so much

Weekend Getaway
This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. Little Harbor is an amazing resort area that is pretty well hidden from the normal traffic and all amenities are an easy walk from the unit.
The unit looks directly at the channel and you can enjoy beautiful sunrises right out the front door from the patio.
We had a fabulous time here and will be back.

For it to be a studio type unit, it was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. We loved the the restaurants, the sunsets, and the overall atmosphere. It was sad the "Red Tide" kept the dolphins away, but maybe we can visit again and see them. The location of the resort is perfect for exploring Sarasota, St Pete, and Treasure Island. We even made our way to Clearwater. So, we were on the go. The onsite pools were nice for a relaxing evening dip after a hot sweaty day of exploring. We ran into a small plumbing issue which the owners immediately took care of, and the on site laundry was temporarily out of order (not the owners fault). Overall, we loved the "little harbor" and would highly recommend this vacation spot.

Very classy clean and comfortable - I don't think I've ever slept so good either. Can't beat it for the price. The veiw was pretty too. The pool and beach was closed most of our stay but that has nothing to do with the room. As for the room it was great

Parking permits were not enforced and caused us some problems with vehicles parking in front of our door, so we could not easily sit in our chairs, drink coffee in the early mornings, and see the sun rise, the fish skimming the surface of the channel. We saw dolphins swimming in the channel in front of us, snook and tarpoon jumping on the far side of the channel. We really enjoyed ourselves. Either the light on the bottom of the kitchen cabinet over the sink did not work, or we couldn't figure out how to make it work. Perhaps the bulb needs to be changed. The unit was nice and clean. It was close to restaurants and the marina docks. Flies were everywhere in the restaurants, Florida health officials or the legislature needs to deal with that problem. Didn't have the flies at the unit.

Very clean, very affordable, great communications with all questions answered. Pods of Dolphins within 30 feet, great fishing, within 15 minutes of any store (7 min to grocery stores). Absolutely the best vacation we have had in 10 years. Will absolutely come back.
