THIS HOUSE IS A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE FIRST TEE OF THE 2024 HERITAGE GOLF TOURNAMENT AND ALL THE AMENITIES OF HARBOUR TOWN. The open floor plan features travertine floors, updated gourmet kitchen with granite coutertops, bathrooms with the latest in vessel sinks and glass showers, a large gas fireplace with hand-painted faux wall finishes, designer furnishings as well as a 7 large HD flat screen TV's throughout the home. The iron-railing balconies overlook both the great room and one of Sea Pines' many lagoons and golf courses. There are four good-size bedrooms (three king, one queen, with the 2 king bedrooms having private balconies) and each with its own full bath and flat screen TV. Children will love the loft that has a full bed, its own television and spectacular views. The living room has high ceilings and large windows that overlook a nicely-landscaped pool, a pond, and the 11th hole of Heron Point Golf Course. Bicycles are readily available to rent for a short bike ride on safe, dedicated bike paths to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the United States. Rented this home for my niece’s wedding celebration this past weekend. It really exceeded all our expectations. The location, cleanliness, design (two bedrooms and baths on the first floor for any non stair climbers) and condition of the home was outstanding. We had a great time at the beautiful home in a great Sea Pines location. Close to beach, Harbor Town, shopping, outstanding restaurants, and bike paths to get everywhere. The host is super communicative and the on-site property manager is very responsive. The house is equipped with every convenience and a beautiful outdoor pool with a lagoon and golf view. Great place to read, take pictures, put together puzzles, enjoy meals, play games. Plenty of space and fun for everyone! We will be back.

We loved our stay at this house....everything is exactly as it appeared on the website. Location is walking distance to the Harbour Town restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and was plenty of room for us and family. Jim was great with communication before our stay and made sure everything was in perfect order. We will definitely plan to stay there again!

Great location! Well taken care of property. The home is well stocked with anything we needed. Communication with owner and property manager very prompt. Had a deer looking in the front door one morning. Just a great, relaxing stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

The property was kept clean. The home looks as the pictures portrayed it. From the rear patio you overlook the pool, pond, and golf course. Our family spent a lot of time in or around the pool. It was just a short walk on the neighborhood paths to the shops and restaurants at harbour town. This is our second time visiting sea pines. If we make a third trip I would stay at this home again.

Excellent experience with booking~ owners provided wonderful communication throughout the process. The property is very clean and well appointed for comfort and enjoyment. The main living area provides great light and view of the outside with ample window access. Our family also enjoyed the lovely pool area.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Jim called me a few days before our stay to fill us in on some logistics of the home. He answered questions about the island. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house for 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean and ready for us. The owner called prior to our stay and detailed the rules and expectations. Next time we stay in Hilton Head, I will seek this house. The house was very comfortable, tge pool was perfect size and having the toy chest for the pool was a really nice feature, the house was more than big enough to house 7 of us. We had no problem contacting Brian the property manage and even spoke to the owner. We had a great time and would rent this house again

What a great vacation! The house is exactly as it looks online. The pool area is so nice, room for all of us and plenty of lounge chairs. The location is the best, close enough to walk to the shops and have breakfast by the lighthouse. We had several family dinners at home that was only possible because the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan/pot we could have wished for! We are already planning to come back in 2024!

This home is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We came down the week before Easter and although HHI was busy, we barley noticed because we spent much of our time at Stoney Creek! My only regret is that our stay wasn’t longer! Jim was amazing and extremely responsive when I had questions prior to our stay. Once we arrived, he had great instructions and even supplied sample toiletries in each of the four bathrooms. Our family had a great time, loved the view of the lagoon and golf course with morning coffee!!!

Stayed with some family members for a golf trip in April 2023. Perfect location, just around the corner from Harbortown lighthouse. The house came as advertised, it was clean and well appointed. Even as nice as it looks in the listing we all left impressed with the place. Jim was a great host; prompt and responsive but never overbearing. Very few chores at checkout, which is always appreciated nowadays. Would 100% stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and there was plenty of room for our family of four adults. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill made making meals convenient. We loved the location and were able to walk to Harbour Town several times. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Were in Hilton Head for a family wedding and booked 4 nights at 16 Stoney Creek. The house was sparkling clean, and had all the amenities you could want. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the water pressure in the showers great. The house had lots of space, both indoors and out for large gatherings. The location was perfect. The property was in an excellent location, very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out for multiple people, yet come together for meals. The beds were very comfortable and the owner had let us know about the ice maker being slow, so we picked up a bag of ice. The patio seating was plentiful, the view was awesome and we were able to see the Milky Way at night due to the night sky being dark in the area. We even caught a few shooting stars in pictures! It is truly a short walk to the Harbor Town area, and a short drive to some amazing restaurants. The owner is very detail oriented and did a great job of ensuring we had everything we needed. We had one small issue, and the property manager responded promptly (the city shut off water for hydrant flushing for about 30 minutes). This was totally out of their control and all was fine. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This property checks all the boxes for a fantastic week reconnecting with family. We had 4 couples and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Enough space to gather to celebrate an engagement, and family disco/ karaoke night. Bikes are a must with all the bike paths to pickle ball (5min) beach club (15min) stables (10min) and Quarterdeck restaurant with amazing views (5min). No need to pack beach chairs or umbrellas, for a small fee you can rent at the beach club. It was nice to be able to walk out back to your own private oasis with pool overlooking pond and golf course. With our questions Jim was quick to respond as was his property manager. Our kids are all on board to making this an annual trip!
