About this house rental
Nantucket Style Luxury on the Sand! 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 story unit, opens right onto the boardwalk and sand. Nicest rental on the peninsula -- Newly constructed in 2015 with gourmet kitchen -- subzero, wolf appliances, and great room with fireplace that opens to a giant patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and great room to give the true indoor/outdoor living. One covered parking space, and one garage space (tandem). On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the newly opened Marina Park. Two Master bedrooms with king beds and private baths. Two bedrooms with queen beds (and one additional toddler bed), and one with a full/twin bunk. One bedroom on ground level, 4 upstairs. One bathroom on ground level, 3 upstairs. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all cooking and serving supplies included. 65" 4K TV in family room plus 3 additional tvs in bedrooms, Wifi, Cable TV, Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with both a carafe and Keurig coffee machines. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, they have it all. Location is on the beach and nearly by the playground. Easy to walk down the board walk for dinner and ice cream!

We had the best time! This location can’t be beat. Spectacular views from the upstairs bedrooms, the most incredible patio to enjoy the ocean views. Easy beach access, close to Newport, Balboa, and amazing restaurants. The house itself is light, bright, and open. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to visit again!

The location is incredible as it is directly on the beach. Nice quiet part of the boardwalk and within walking distance to bike rentals, shops and restaurants. Will definitely rebook.
