King, queen, 2 bunk beds ( Double & 3 twins) and 2 sleeper sofa's max 13 but 9-11 is ideal. 1 pack n play also provided. 2 miles from Moody Gardens. 6 miles from the intersection of 61st Street and Seawall Boulevard - minutes from the city of Galveston. Incredible unobstructed views of beach and stars Enjoy glorious sunrises from the Gulf of Mexico, watch and listen to the waves from covered patio as you sip your morning coffee. Or choose to watch the view from the inside wall of windows from the kitchen and living room. Covered outdoor deck space is ideal for enjoying the sea breeze, having meals together, watching your little ones play on the sand or the pelicans as they fly by. Stylishly and comfortably furnished. The house is jus 5 minutes south of the Seawall. It was easy to find. The property has everything you'll need for a beach house. Nothing beats opening the patio door and hearing the waves crashing.

We were thoroughly pleased with the scenic beachfront location. We were also pleasantly surprised how well furnished the house was from toiletry, cleaning, and bathing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies including cooking staple items. We had a couple minor issues but Andrew was extremely responsive and resolved all issues immediately! The only other problem we had was trying to regulate the SMART thermostat...was obviously smarter than we were. Overall, we enjoyed so much, we're considering making this an annual tradition!!!

We had the best time staying here. The house has a beautiful living room and a nice big porch with plenty of seating looking right at the ocean. The house is on the beach you can't get any closer. Everything was clean, plenty of towels for showers. You will need to bring your own beach towels but that was not a problem. From the house it ia about a 10 minute drive to the seawall where we ate at Giados one night (it been around since 1935) and Katie's am ocean to table restaurant with great fish! We will definitely book here again.

Visit Galveston every year and always enjoy the beach and city. This year was exceptional the Lone Star Rally(motorcycle annual rally) is was interesting and saw cross section of American from all walks of life with one thing in common their bikes. Wouldn’t make it our annual event but always up to an experience.The home is steps away from the beach on a dead end street keeps traffic down. The home offers great sun rises and has all the comforts of home. This our second stay and have enjoyed each time.

Had several members of my family decided to take my mom down to Galveston. She has dementia and loved the beach when she was younger. We hated to leave a day earlier, but Mom wasn't feeling good and wanted to go home. Our time there was awesome and the house was perfect! Will rent again in the future!

The house was equipped with everything we required. The quality of the lines and the housewares were very nice. The ambiance at night was comforting and relaxing. The views were absolutely amazing and the sounds of the waves couldn’t have been better. We have family on Galveston island and when they came to visit they also enjoyed the beach house. The weather was to die for and the night sounds off the waves coming on d as hire were amazing as well. Thank you for our stay we loved it.

This house was so perfect for our family. Right on the beach, the neighborhood is very clean, the beach was quiet, and about 20 minutes from all of our dinner spots. We loved our stay so much that we booked another night. Andrew was quick to respond and so kind. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this house!! The location was perfect, literally steps from a quiet, car free beach. Plenty of room inside, kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for the little one and even a coast guard approved swim vest! The owner was amazing!!😍 When we had a rough time getting there (due to the airline canceling our flight) he was so understanding and helpful, it really was heartwarming!! I can't wait to book this wonderful beach house again!! Thanks for everything 😊

We loved this house! The location couldn't be beat with super easy access to the beach and views of the ocean from the porch. The owners provided great beach chairs and toys for the kids that were such a great surprise and made the time on the beach even more enjoyable. We had a great trip and can't wait to go back.

The stay and location were great. The only small issue we had, which might have been a misunderstanding, was there was no charcoal for the grill. The listing stated charcoal and grill. There were only wood chips in the grill. No big deal. Everything else was great.

My wife and I are getting ready to have a very busy spring and needed a short getaway. Mountains or beach? Too cold and snowy for the mountains and since her family were all born on the island, Galveston it was. Our usual place was booked so we looked and found Spanish Grant. We are so gald we did. The location, cleanliness, ease of finding the property, all made it the perfect choice. We have never seen suxh a well stocked kitchen which make meal preperation easy. The outdoor furniture was super comfortable and was well used by us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom layout was good. Nothing like hearing the waves with morning coffee. Super quiet area also.
All in all, a most excellent property and I highly recommend it.

There is a small road in front of the houses but there was very minimal traffic even though you were allowed to park on the far side of it. We would be excited to go back any time.
