Nestled in Clarkston, this attractive house for $85 per night is a great choice for your next break. You will enjoy a private entrance to an apartment in the lower section of our home. It has a queen bed with space for an air bed if needed. The property is next to a city park with many miles of walking/ biking trails . Amenities include microwave,coffee pot,TV, Minifridge, toaster oven, air bed if needed. Patio with barbecue and bistro table . You can access the apartment via the lower yard or by side yard Guests who smoke or vape are required to go to the park next door. Smoke allergens in the home.

This is what an AirB&B is supposed to be: reasonable price and all the amenities of a home but with privacy. Also included, a beautiful view located a few feet from the walking path that skirts the view; a Walmart and Costco and a lovely restaurant a few minutes away; and attentive hosts who provide a quiet respite while watching to make sure you can enter the door that wasn't supposed to be locked. Even more surprising, a place for suitcases and a space to hang clothes! Should I even add there was not only one loaf of home baked pumpkin bread to welcome us, but a plate of holiday cookies to take home??

Here to visit friends as lived in the valley over 30 years. Well stocked breakfast and snack items, great pumpkin bread compliments of host. Would recommend.

I'll definitely stay here again. Jack and Regina are charming, friendly hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet for sleeping at night. The backyard overlooks a wide stretch of the Snake River and the Idaho shore opposite. A great place to enjoy coffee or a drink and watch boats on the water. A fresh loaf of banana bread, made by Regina, was among the snacks and drinks provided in the room during my stay. I highly recommend this location. -John

The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. It was more stocked with supplies than any place we've been at, including fresh home baked pumpkin bread. Very restful with a great view.

Very clean and nice downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is very pleasant and has a great view over the river.

The room is smaller but well set up. The view is absolutely gorgeous! The yard is well kept so it made sitting on the patio to enjoy the view enjoyable and peaceful. The snacks were a very pleasant surprise! The host communication was amazing and they were very understanding that we might not need to stay the whole time depending on how our son's baseball tournament went! We did end up staying but Jack had amazing communication the whole time. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if we ever head back this direction.

Property in a neighborhood and feels safe and peaceful. The hosts had thoughtfully provided many amenities. The bed is very comfortable. Great place to stay for a college graduation. Wish we had more time to explore Clarkston and neighboring Lewiston as it is an area with many things to do.

Jack & Regina were such welcoming hosts! Their place was so nice. She had welcomed me with a homemade loaf of banana bread. Plus the fridge was stocked with breakfast items. There were also many snacks. Their place is right on the river and you could go through your private door to sit outside and enjoy. Just perfect!
I will definitely stay there again!

The location was great! Next to park & walking trail. The hosts were very welcoming and communication was great. We had everything we needed and then some. They provided snacks, juice, fruit and coffee. That’s hospitality! Very quiet also. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay. I was arrived after 9 pm and was greeted warmly by the owner who showed me to my room. A loaf of fresh baked pumpkin bread was waiting for me. What a nice way to start my stay. Worked all day on Friday and the WiFi was adequate to the task. Held 2 MS Teams meetings and worked remotely using MS365. No hiccups. Very quiet during my stay. Great view out the back door of the Snake River. Property was easy to find, super clean, and stocked with a ton of snacks and drinks.

This Studio apartment was perfect for us, it is located in a quiet residential area. We felt safe and we had access to their beautiful back yard where we were able to unwind and relax. The owners are extremely friendly, they also had many food and snack items for us. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Visiting kids and grandchildren
First time using vrbo. We loved the place. Quiet, private, easy access. Host provided everything that you get in a nice motel and more(fruit, snacks, drinks, and homemade goodies.) Exercise trail along the river(lighted for early risers) and awesome view from the back yard which is accessed from your room. Plus cost is less than a motel. What more could you want. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Jack and Regina.

Great Air B and B.
I had a cold and still had a good time. And I was well fed though I brought my own snacks too. My air b and b host hooked me up with food. Very comfortable bed. I felt pampered and we'll taken care of. The place exceeded all expectations.

Jack & Regina have a wonderful Room and the view and backyard are amazing. She made a small loaf of homemade bread for me. I highly recommend staying here as I know it’s my new go to instead of a hotel room.
