Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Wash and put away all used dishes
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

House rules (please go through manual when you arrive located on the Island in the Kitchen)
No smoking in the house and absolutely no cigarette butts are to be anywhere on the property (if you smoke outside, please put out cigarette and throw butts in the garbage)
Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
No events, parties, or large gatherings

Theres a rule handbook located in the house. We are ok with those who smoke *but 100% of all smoking including vapes, must smoke outside* and absolutely no cigarette butts are to be thrown on the ground anywhere on premises. We require our guests to be respectful and throw them in the thrash after properly putting cigarettes out. We appreciate all who stays cooperation with helping maintain the properties integrity and cleanliness.
