Nestled in Perdido Key, this charming house for $240 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Great family vacation spot. The kids can play in the shallow water beach as the adults supervise from the shaded balconys off the unit. Take the Kayak out for a paddle, enjoy the beautiful pool over looking Perdido Bay. This is truly a relaxing spot away from all the hustle and bustle. Bring your boat. There is a free boat ramp just a mile down the road. Enjoy the Tranquility of the National Sea Shore just a hop and skip away. Visit the Naval Air Museum and watch the Blue Angles practice. The Foley outlet mall is just a short drive along the beach. There is so much to do or if you prefer just take in the beautiful veiws from the Balcony of your unit. The condo is very nicely furnished and decortated. We loved the location! A lot of space for family, two decks for morning coffee and close to Perdido Key beaches and the grocery store. Great communication with the owner too!

The location is very quiet and the condo complex is very family friendly. We loved the views from both balconies and the easy access to the bay. The kids enjoyed borrowing the kayaks each day. The whole condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. We liked the calming beach vibes it gave off. The kitchen is well stocked and it was so nice to have use of the washer and dryer to do laundry. All of the beds were very comfortable and it was helpful to have 3 bathrooms for our group. You won't regret booking this treasure. We highly recommend it.

Derrick is a wonderful host, and the townhouse is in a perfect location. I love being next to the bay where the kids can play without rip tide worries. We had great dinners at Hub Stacy's, Doc's Seafood in Orange Beach, and Tacky Jack's. Johnson's Beach was beautiful, and a dolphin cruise in the gulf was beyond expectations...we saw a lot of sharks swimming around the beach within a few feet of people on floats.

This location is perfect! The views from the family room and primary BR are a great way to begin and end your day. Everything you need is convenient and nearby. There are lots of restaurants, beauty salons, golf courses, shopping, etc. Derik was so helpful and attentive. Made sure we had everything we needed during our two month stay. We will return just to watch the dolphins play!

This has been the best spot for my family and I, to bring the grandchildren. My daughters and I have stayed here before with the grandchildren and spend some time together. Everything is right there. We spend time at the beach, shopping, and eating at the local restaurants. Then we spend a day at the condo, letting the children swim. You walk right out to the water. Perfect for the kids. We watch the dolphins, they put on a few little shows for us. Kids were able to fish, and Derrick provides kayaks, that the kids loved. Great view of the bay from balcony.
Derrick as always a great host. The condo, had everything you needed and some. Super clean, and plenty of room.
Looking for the perfect place to get away, you should really look into staying here. We will def be back.

Dolphin Heaven on the bay
The gate code didn't work most of the time and we were unable to reach the owner the first day and 1/2 to notify him. (Was out of the town). The condo was not clean. I went to pull a sheet out of the closet and sand poured out of it. The microwave had not been cleaned ever it seemed. And the refridgerator was in desperate need to be wiped out. We cleaned the first day we were there. This was not a dealbreaker for us as we always clean where we are staying but to find sheets that had not even been washed tucked amongst clean stuff was disappointing.
The condo has a beautiful water view of the bay and nice calm water for the kiddos. The kayaks were a nice touch too. The dolphins swam in morning and night to feed and would sometimes put on a little show. Overall the area felt safe with the kids too.
I know that the owners don't go behind the cleaners but I think I would have to hire some new ones because the last VRBO complaint was a valid one, I was hoping it was wrong.

We ate out the first night at Hub Stacey's located right down the street, the sandwiches were great (and huge!) and reasonably priced - I would definitely recommend it. We spent beach time at Johnson's Beach at the Nat'l Seashore, you have to pay to get in (National Park service) but it was more than worth it. We will be back for sure, this beach was amazing - clean restrooms, pavilions, very short walk to the water, not crowded, and well maintained as you would expect from a Nat'l Seashore location. The drive to Foley and Lambert's wasn't bad at all, maybe 30 or 40 minutes. Overall, this has been my favorite beach rental EVER. Thanks Derrick !!

Loved having the two balconies and there was also seating and a swing down below. Close to everything but also far enough out to get away from the noise of town. The owner was great to work with and answered questions very promptly.

Favorite vacation!
Our family had never stayed on the bay before when vacationing at the beach. I must say this was our favorite! We had a short drive to play on the beach at the gulf coast for a few hours, and then we returned to our rental to enjoy many other activities on the bay! It was so peaceful and relaxing, away from the crowds. My favorite part was the water being a few feet from the back, where I sat in a swing and appreciated the beautiful sights and sounds, as my kids entertained themselves in the shallow water! The inside was very nice also, with lots of space, and clean, lovely rooms, equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect, Quiet Location for Families with Young Kids
This beautiful condo was perfect for a quiet family getaway. We have three children under the age of 4, and it was SO wonderful letting them play in the shallow water of the bay 10 feet from the condo. The water behind the house is only about 2 - 2 1/2 feet for over 100 yards. It is a calm, private beach. This home and location was perfect for our family.

The Beachhouse was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy a long weekend. We loved the location in a quiet cove in the bay. We loved the way the house was equipped with bikes and kayaks and beach toys , that makes it so nice for the kids!!

Terrific property, clean, everything we needed, spectacular views and close to everything we needed.
We drove down from NC, 12-13 hour drive to move our daughter back into college at Pensacola Christian College. We had a great 3 night 4 day stay at this property. Derrick was super responsive & helpful with our questions. We had a wonderful time relaxing, kayaking, fishing & enjoying the property. We will definitely stay here next time in Pensacola & highly recommend to others. Thanks Derrick!

The property was perfect ...location, amenities, owner responsiveness.
We felt secluded enough to be safe but close enough to everything to have e a great time.
Being able to kayak and access the water directly out back was amazing and the owner even supplied floats and water toys for the kids. The girls enjoyed it so much more than staying in a condo on the beach.
We didn’t want to leave.

Short Family Getaway
We just got back from a trip here. It was great and we had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for us. We had 8 of us. It was not crowded or over populated. We were able to let the kids play right there in the sand and water while watching from our condo and balcony. We were often the only family at the pool. The condo was nice, roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and the kids caught crabs, we went kayacking which was included with the rental. And the owner was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions we had while there. Would highly recommend and we also be booking again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay
We had a wonderful time . The townhouse was very clean and had all that we needed for our 4 day stay. We had five children with us and it suited everyone. The only suggestion I would give is that if you have little ones to bring two baby gates. Our two year old can’t climb steps well and we went and purchased two so he would be safe from the two sets of stairs .

Everything was beautiful and we had such a wonderful time . This was our first trip with our blended family and it was awesome . We made such wonderful memories they used the kayaks , fished and went swimming it truly was a wonderful trip and we made so many memories. I would Highly recommend this property and maybe we will get to come back in the future our time there was wonderful .

Great experience
We were fortunate enough to stay here for five weeks during COVID and the property was everything and more that I had hoped for (suffering severe depression for having to leave ;) Our family is lucky to have the opportunity to "beach" allot, and I generally would never consider staying anywhere except for direct ocean front, however I have been reformed! Safety and seclusion were my top priorities for this trip without sacrificing amenities and this delivered on all. Very quite, safe and friendly community, we were often the only family at the pool as well as our own private beach space. During high tide there was minimal 'beach' sand, but other days you had plenty for the children while you can stick a chair in the water and relax. Also the main beach in the area (Johnson) was SO close and only one traffic light away. The area is exactly what I was going for but I will say if you are looking for action and things to do, this might not be your cup of tea. Plenty of space in the unit and any issues that came up the owner replied with help almost immediately. I want to live here permanently!

Wonderful Location
We had an amazing 2 night stay here. We love the bay, and having multiple kayaks and the paddleboard meant we never had to leave the property to have an amazing day in the water and didn't have to deal with a separate equipment rental company (or extra costs). Owner was very responsive to questions and helped make our stay even better by allowing a later checkout time. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room for our family of 6.
