Property consists of 2 identical upper and lower suites (approx. 2,500sf each). Rent just 1 level, or both floors for larger parties. RENTAL RATES ARE LESS IF YOU ONLY RENT ONE FLOOR. Rates depend on time of stay and size of party.

My wife and I, along with our three adult children (ages 20, 22, and 25), spent six days here and had an incredible time. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning sunrise views over the beach each morning with a cup of coffee in hand.Jonathan, the boat captain, was outstanding—always accommodating and happy to take us wherever we wanted to go. Jason was equally responsive and readily available throughout our stay, quickly addressing any questions or requests. One evening, Ella prepared chicken, beans, and rice for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious.Renting a golf cart made exploring the island easy and convenient. Although unusually windy weather kept us from fishing beyond the reef, we still had a great time fishing from the pier and spent many relaxing hours there. Each morning around 7:00 a.m., Victor stopped by with fresh, affordable breakfast options, including burritos, tamales, and chicken sandwiches.Arrival and check-in were seamless. We arrived in San Pedro more than an hour early, and Jason and Jonathan were already waiting with the boat and golf cart. Everything was perfectly coordinated, including pre-ordered groceries that were stocked in the villa before we arrived.Most importantly, all three of our kids said this was one of their favorite vacations ever. That says it all!

Property is stunning with plenty of room for the entire family. Hosts are incredibly proactive in communication. I highly recommend!

Furniture is worn and tired. Front door had no lock. Housekeeping was very hit and miss. Boat captain was in his last days and had short timers syndrome. The property itself is lovely, but lot next door was being cleared while we were there (obviously no fault of property owner). The location is good as it is close to a lot of restaurants and Secret Beach.
