The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the sofas. Quiet bedroom with walk-in closet. Bath with shower. Parking: lots of free street parking on the block. Never an issue. No shoes policy. No pets. No emotional support animals. High cleaning fines will be assessed. Attentive owner + effortless communication. Unit very clean. Easy access and entry. Lots of parking. The living room is killer and reason I re-book this property.

Unit is in a nice area of West Seattle. We messaged the host that my 90yr old mother would be staying there for Thanksgiving and visiting granddaughters who live in West Seattle. Response was cut and paste boiler plate of the area and stores/activities. Unit was clean and comfortable but the drawbacks for my Mother were access und upstairs noise. The handrail down the initial steps is very loose and has been duct taped. There are about a dozen large paving stones along the lower walk to the house that are slippery when wet (and with no rain they were wet every morning) and no rail or drop off protection. Result was that my Mom was unable to safely exit the property to the street side by herself. So a warning to any others. There was also a car parked across the sidewalk drive her entire stay so once at the front she had to navigate the curb rather than a ramp. She normally walks 2 miles a day and could not do so from this property.

This cute apartment is in a really nice neighborhood with nice views. The owner is the best rental owner I have ever encountered. The owner is great in communication, thinks of everything you could possibly need , and the place is spotless. I love the well equipped kitchen and the wonderful patio over looking the view.

Michelle is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO. It was out vacation/5 year anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. Great base to see Seattle from without the notice of a busy downtown.

My husband and I stayed here during a business trip. It was exactly what we needed. Everything was so clean and comfortable, every amenity we needed (and some we didn’t know we needed) was provided. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the living area was so serene and peaceful. A wonderful home base to come back to after busy days of meetings. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on Sunset. The host was very timely with communication and accommodating. The home was very cozy, all necessities were provided; bathroom and kitchen items. One thing that was disappointing but not a very large deal was the view was not as listed on business card and the VRBO listing. Seems the trees had just grown up over the years. Another concern was the bedding was very soft. However, it was not a bad view and or stay. This location allowed us a great location to come home to from our adventures out of the city and into nature. Thanks for the stay!

Such a lovely property with a beautiful view! Everything was as described and the host was so communicative and helpful. Staying here really enhanced our Seattle trip and gave us an opportunity to visit the nearby Alki Beach

Second stay at the property. Exactly as described!! The photo's do not justify how great the view is and how relaxing!! Great place to sit back with an adult beverage and watch the world go by!! Great communication and Michelle was always available if needed. No issues what-so-ever!! Very quiet location and close access to restaurants, beach, and downtown via car or water taxi!! Perfect!! Highly recommended.

The ambiance of the property from the walk from the car to the front door then entering this wonderfully comfortable and well appointed apartment was special. The location to wonderful restaurants and to the Alkai beach is so convenient. The view of the Sound provided boat entertainment as we sat on the cute patio. Our host was so accommodating throughout our stay. She even researched for me a wall piece in the apartment for my niece who is building a new home.

This trip was to visit Seattle and some of the national parks, and this location was perfect. It was close to the highways when we needed to use our rental car. We took the water taxi over to Seattle several times and it was a great way to avoid the parking hassles in Seattle. We drove the rental car down to the harbor to catch the water taxi and were always able to find parking.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walking to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and quiet. Would stay again if I return to the area.

We arrived early and was able to check in. The place was very clean and ready for guests. The view from the patio of the water and mountains was wonderful. We sat out there and watched the sun go down. Overall it was an excellent time.

I can’t say enough great things about this spot. The home and neighborhood are so cute and the views are incredible! My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The host gave us really great recommendations for food and we enjoyed every one of them. We did end up renting a car for a couple days of our trip which was really great if you want to travel outside of the Seattle area for a day like we did. Definitely would stay here again if we decide to go back!

The view house is so perfect for a good weekend. West Seattle is a quit area of town and the view of the water with the mountains in the background is legendary. If you stay here learn the water taxi and bus lines to save money but definitely perfect place to stay in the city.

This was the perfect little place for a remote work getaway! Communication with the host was so easy and they even allowed me to check in a little early which was perfect for the timing of my flight. Parking right in front of the house was convenient, and everything inside was stocked and labeled with instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

This charming little apartment in West Seattle was an absolute delight. About as close to perfect as I have ever seen in VRBO, other rental services and even better than a nice hotel. I cannot say enough nice things about this wonderful little property and our hosts., who were friendly yet allowed us to enjoy the property undisturbed. My husband and I stayed here for our trip to Seattle and it was just amazing!! The space was clean and beautifully decorated! It was quiet and had a beautiful view…not to mention how close to downtown we were. Literally just across the water…it took no time at all to get to the pier for shopping and dining as well as visiting the Needle. Our host was wonderful as well! When we needed guidance about finding a seafood restaurant, she sent links and even told us her review of each place so we could choose which one was right for our night out! We will definitely be coming back…and since she has another property with more room, we may even make it a family trip. I can’t wait!

What a great VRBO! The location near Alki Beach is perfect but still very easy to get to downtown Seattle. The view and property are amazing. The unit is clean and comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating. A great stay.
