INTERIOR SPACES The villa interior opens to the spacious great room with polished concrete floors, high beamed ceilings and impressive custom woodwork throughout. Discerning cooks will feel inspired in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted on par with a primary residence complete with stocked spice cabinet, and a full compliment of gadgets, small appliances and even china place settings. Six of us stayed in this cozy house for 6 days. We had more than enough room. We explored the area and had fun playing ping pong , pool and sitting in the hot tub. Would highly recommend this house and host. We had everything on could possibly want when away from home. Also the beds were very comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

We have been renting houses for vacations for about five years and Casa Campana was by far the best overall experience we have ever had. We had two three-person families (all related) and our dad, for a seven-person group. Communication before we arrived was comprehensive and timely. When we arrived, the fans were on, the air was on, music was playing and a lovely gift bag was waiting for us. We have never felt so welcomed! Amenities were in large supply, including paper towels, diswashing pellets, detergent and other disposable products that we normally have to purchase at the grocery store. Value and convenient! The property is secluded, quiet, immaculate and a wonderful place to enjoy Tucson. The online photos don't do it justice. The house itself, on the inside, is even nicer than the photos indicate. It is truly amazing. We rarely eat out on these trips and the kitchen was loaded with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, knives, silverware and anything else we might need. We also utilized the outdoor cooking area and it is sensational. Everything is in working order and maintained to the highest standards. We enjoyed many games of pool in the billiard room. Televisions are all cable-equipped with instructions. WIFI was strong. Extra bonus - parking both cars in the garage to keep them out of the heat. The outdoor living area and pool were heavily used and are spectacular! We can't wait to come back and give Casa Campana our highest recommendation. Could not be happier! Thanks!

This is truly an amazing house. We have been renting properties all over the world for decades, and this is one of the finest we have ever stayed at. Impeccably maintained and set up for your convenience. Everything is automated so that you don't have to worry about a thing. We had a family of five adults - parents and our daughter, son and daughter-in-law. Lots of space to hang together or to be alone and peaceful. Mark was a fantastic host, very communicative and even bought yoga blocks so I didn't have to pack them. Would heartily recommend to anyone staying in Tucson!

We had a wonderful stay in Tucson over the Christmas period. The owners made this exceptional property even better by anticipating our every need and hosting us so we felt right at home. They accommodated us when we needed to change due to weather and made certain we were comfortable. The home is immaculate and well stocked. Great private location but still close enough to groceries, etc. The backyard is amazing and the Bali Bed is a magical experienced. We witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We hope to return to Tucson and would absolutely stay at this property. Thank you to Mark and Susan.

Hosted my wife’s family for Thanksgiving. Simply a wonderful setting for a wonderful day. The house is perfect. Communications up front were excellent and reassuring. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Mark made it easy all around. The amenities are first rate. I definitely recommend staying here. It’s a quiet side of Tucson and close to all the outdoor activities you need and a short drive off of I-10 to get you downtown if you need.

Our stay at Casa Campana was absolutely amazing. The house has everything you need and so much more. The owner is very accessible and accommodating and the property is so beautiful that we barely wanted to leave. Even our teenagers commented how relaxing their week was.

I can’t stress enough how magnificent this house and outdoor oasis is. The house is beautifully furnished and is so well equipped from the kitchen, luxury soaps in each of the bathrooms, outdoor furnishings, landscaping, to the pool toys. The owner, Mark, checked in with us periodically to ensure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we had. It was a great personal touch. We have been spoiled for any future VRBO rental. We will definitely be staying here again.

Mark and Susan thought of everything for a wonderful visit! The home was immaculate and it was easy to find everything we needed to prepare food, listen to music, play games and rest peacefully. The outside area was so beautiful we did not want to go anywhere. The weather was perfect in April and we will definitely be returning!

Amazing property and very helpful and attentive hosts. The house has a resort like feel and is perfect for a large group. Everyone can gather together for games, billiards, ping pong or a swim, but you can also find your own comfortable reprieve on one of the many outdoor sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated having all of the mundane must haves covered (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc). There’s a grocery a mere 5 minutes away and may local attractions within a 30 min drive. We had a lovely stay and will certainly return when we can!

We spent spring break at Casa Campana with our family including 3 young children. We all agreed it was the most relaxing trip we've had in a long time!! Mark and Susan were incredible hosts and truly a pleasure to work with! Our favorite aspect of the house is the outdoor space! The pictures don't do it justice! The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, cooking and eating meals outside, and sitting around the outdoor fire pit. The kids loved the pool! We highly recommend choosing Casa Campana for your family! We hope to visit again someday!

This is fabulous well thought out and beautiful home . Floor plan was excellent for everyone to have their own space. Lovely views and a great place to relax or use as home base for day trips. We rented some e bikes and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Overall it is an excellent choice.

This is how all VRBO experiences should be!
Mark and Susan were so easy to work with and so well organized. They provided very detailed information and directions from the very beginning. They provide a notebook of instructions, and suggestions.
The house was beautiful and clean. It was nicely outfitted for a group of people. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the crew. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus! I made our entire Thanksgiving dinner there! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and very comfortable. The living room was stocked with games and a great big couch for those who wanted to watch tv.
But, the very best part...the backyard and the front yard! We spent most of our time outside. We paid the extra bit for heating the pool and it was so worth it!! We were in the pool several times a day, every day. The hot tub in the evening and the fire pit during sunsets were a dream.
We all agreed that Casa Campana is a little slice of heaven. We would head back again anytime!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! In addition to the gorgeous scenery all around, every last detail of the house itself was thoughtfully considered for guests' enjoyment. Truly second to none. Communication with the host was exceptional. We loved it so much we booked another stay right away!

I had high expectations for this home after reading all the great reviews. However, from the moment we arrive - every expecation was surpassed by what we experienced. Mark & Susan were fabulous to work with. We had contact via email several times before we arrived.
On our day of arrival, we had flight delays and cancelations and I was in contact with Mark throughout. When we finally arrived we had a bowl of fresh fruit and a welcome bag waiting for us. The accent lights were on and it was very welcoming after a full day of travel.
The house was beautiful, spotless and fully equiped with everything you could need. It was stocked with several full sets of dishes, all types of glasses, spices, utensils, and appliances. There were cabinets filled with board games and cards games, CDs, movies, books, cookbooks, etc. The beds were very comfotable. There were chargers and TVs in all the rooms. Can't think of anything else we could have used.
Then there was the property outside. At night you can see the city of Tucson from the backyard. It has been gorgeously landscaped with fountains, waterfalls, various levels, flowers and cacti. There are several sitting areas including the front yard. We all spent hours in the pool.
This is by far the best VRBO house we have ever stayed in. In fact, I tried to book two other weeks for next year and they are already booked. Would definitely love to come back.

I'm guessing a lot of people look at the pictures and read the other reviews and are like - nah, it can't really be THAT good, can it? Let me tell you - IT IS!!! Casa Campana is everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. We traveled with my son and 3 of his friends for my sons 17th birthday. The boys were SO impressed (and 17 yr old boys are difficult to impress)!! The outside area is spectacular, and the inside area is beyond well equipped. Every time I was in the kitchen and thinking "I wonder if they have a ________", the answer was yes! This house could have the potential, based on the size, to feel a bit formal.....but it doesn't in the least. It's beyond comfortable and welcoming, the beds are ridiculously comfortable and there is everything you could possibly need. Mark was SO communicative - with information he provided ahead of time, checking in to make sure everything was all set throughout the stay, even letting us know if something minor had changed (service person coming on different day than was mentioned). Just a great guy to deal with. The welcome gift was beyond generous as well! We really can't wait to return to Casa Campana! Mark and Susan - your home is lovely, and I can't thank you enough for sharing it with us!

What a wonderful place to stay! Casa Campana was the perfect place for our friends and family to escape, relax and enjoy. We had plans to visit various places in Tucson but found ourselves so content enjoying all Casa Campana had to offer, we rarely wanted to leave. Every detail you can think of to make for a comfortable and interesting stay was taken care of by Mark and Susan. No matter where you spent time in the house, it was perfectly set up to meet the needs of the adults and kids in our party. We were completely entertained by the beautiful sitting areas with the sound of running water from fountains, a fantastic pool with floaties and toys, great living room entertainment center, fun games, pool table and so much more! We relaxed and slept fantastic in the super comfortable beds, the master bathroom shower was luxurious, and we enjoyed wonderful meals from the fully equipped kitchen, outside bbq and dining areas. After spending five nights at Casa Campana, we are already planning our next trip back! We highly recommend Casa Campana, unless it's during the time we want to visit!

My family and friends had the opportunity to stay at this property in the summer of 2021. We very much enjoyed our stay! The property is just like, if not better, than the pictures shown. The entire house was clean and they had everything you'd need in the kitchen and throughout. The pool was amazing! We didn't use the hot tub much since it was summer in Tucson. The owner was great to work with and made sure we were comfortable. Overall, I recommend this place highly!

The pictures are amazing but don't even give it justice. This is a palace worth splurging on. The owner has opened his home to be savored by those who welcome comfort and would like to pamper themselves. Great for families or couples. Worth going more than once. Mark was extremely attentive to all of our needs.
