This Craftsman style home will lure you in with it's magnificent detail and comfort. Located right in the downtown core within walking distance to the Glenwood Hot Springs and Restaurants. Each Room has its own style from the wood work and high end furniture. There are 4 Bedrooms with 2 Full Baths and plenty of room. Relax in the Living Room or get cooking in this brand new remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances and all the cooking essentials needed to please the family. Go and enjoy the 52'' HD TV in the Game Room and free Wifi throughout. Maybe grab a book from the library and relax for awhile. There is a Breakfast Nook to enjoy or go to the Formal Dining Room and impress your guests. Full laundry room in the basement as well. Every bedroom has brand new mattresses and many extras. Leave the car at home as everything is in walking distance. Lots of homes like to claim to be downtown but this one truly is. Walk to all restaurants and the world famous hot springs. If you went to explore more of the valley it's a very close walk to the bus stop that will take you all the way to Aspen if desired. Great large backyard that is private. Enjoy sitting On the back patio while grilling. Grab some veggies from the garden before cooking dinner. Parking in front of the house on the street. This house is located Downtown but is set back on a quite one way street. This home is not just a place to stay but an experience of what it would be like to be in Glenwood back in the day but with everything that makes life great now. We loved this home! Lots of room, very charming and the check in process was very smooth. We found Matt very easy to communicate with. The location is just about perfect... Close to downtown and yet quiet and very safe feeling. Lots of parking right out front. Our only complaint is that we couldn't use that charming porch due to the super cold weather! We will be back!!

Our second time staying at this property and enjoyed it more than the first! The available garden gives a unique extra for the listing and the tomatoes were delicious. The house is well maintained and fully equipped, offering plenty of room for groups and relaxation/children play areas.

We had a good time in Glenwood Springs. The house was accurate on the listing and was big enough for our family of 9. The house is very spacious and had all of the needed items to cook. We did have a little one, so the added gate on the staircase was great.

We stayed with my family including adults and a couple school aged kids. The home is beautiful and easily walkable from downtown. There were lots of Knick knacks and decor that are tempting for little hands so take that into consideration when booking. We came in the summertime and there is no central air. The day we checked in, the blinds were all open which makes the views but definitely allowed the house to heat up. Opening the windows at night allowed us to cool things down and keeping blinds shut during the day held the temp just fine. Matthew was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall had a great stay.

This was a beautiful property in the heart of Glenwood Springs. My family of 6 stayed there (5 adults and 1 child) for the weekend. The home was well cared for and updated but still had the feel of a historic home. There was plenty of room for all of us. We could easily walk to downtown Glenwood, the pool, and the grocery store. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful property.

This home was in immaculate condition, well supplied, close to town and charming in everyday. We walked for coffee in the morning and ice cream every night because both shops were just around the corner. We sat on the large front porch and felt like part of the neighborhood. This is a beautiful home.

We were amazed by the beauty and character of the house. There was more than enough space for our four kids and four adults. The location was perfect for exploring the town and for relaxing and spending time together. Loved it!

Beautiful cottage in wonderful neighborhood. Close to walking/bike trail on Roaring fork river; walk to stores, and restaurants. Lovely kitchen, antiques furniture very beautiful and comfortable, and outdoor garden was in bloom and enjoyed its beauty and peacefulness.

Perfect Downtown Stay
My family and I loved every aspect of this home! The architecture, the lounge in the basement, and especially the front porch. We also enjoyed being walking distance from downtown Glenwood. It was so easy to park our car, then navigate on foot. I would highly recommend this home for a stay. I hope to stay again!

What a beautiful home in a perfect location. The entire home is stunning and beds were all comfortable. A couple odd sounds at night from the old radiator and irrigation going on but owner was super responsive to try and help. we would definitely rent the home again.

We loved our stay at this home. It felt like home! The front porch is fabulous, back yard area was wonderful and the place is stocked with everything you would ever need. We walked to town, up to Doc Holliday's grave and along the river. Staying here made me love Glenwood even more than I already did!

Perfect for families!
We stayed with a group of seven , ages 12-65 and each of us loved the experience. The house is beautiful with so many interesting details and items inside. We had fun discussing some of the worldly treasures decorating the house. We were able to walk to town and the grocery store for supplies.
