Overall very poor.

The location is convenient.

Poor security. I felt unsafe as there was a break in and entering on my first night. The male tenant upstairs solicited me for sex during my entire stay. I left early due to discomfort. Thomas, the homeowner, was no help.

Zum Glück nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt, nicht zu empfehlen und nicht nochmal.

Die Unterkunft war dreckig, hatte einen üblen Geruch und überall hingen Kameras. Wofür muss man eine hohe Reinigungsgebühr zahlen, wenn nicht sauber gemacht wird ?

Anfitrión, poco tolerante a llegar con una hora de retraso, no me dejó hospedarme, siendo las 2 am por que mi bus se retrasó, pésima atención al cliente, exijo la devolución de mi dinero, nunca estuve ahi

If you want to have a bad time, stay here

I liked the location only, a comfortable neighborhood.

The accommodation is a house that has about 10 rooms which you are sharing with many people believing that renting a house for your group of friends, we were located in the basement 3 rooms with a bathroom and another room on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was completely dirty, the floor and ceiling full of cobwebs, the kitchen dirty, the dishwasher full of dresser and dirty, a single fridge on the main floor for the whole house. When we arrived they asked us if we were all there, we said that there were only 6 people out of the 8 that we would go (but that our friends would arrive later) on Saturday night when our friends arrived we found out that the owner of the house was scamming other people by renting our room because “supposedly people never arrived.” I guess the most logical thing was to ask us or return the money as we asked, he did not make any refund and issued two charges 1 to our friends and another to the strange people who arrived on Saturday night (I’m still waiting for the payment for that night as he promised us) We had to call booking many times because everything was a problem. There are cameras recording you from the moment you get up until you go to bed, including if you go to the bathroom. There is no kind of privacy. My friends and I had to clean the bathroom, the shower and the toilet to be able to use the bathroom because according to the owner of the house he said that he had cleaned and it was a lie. Despite the fact that we cleaned our bathroom, the people who lived in the house went down to the basement to use our bathroom and roam our area Anyway, We paid $1090 for something that wasn’t even worth $400 We rented 2 nights (entering on Friday and leaving on Sunday)
