About this bed and breakfast
We welcome you to our spacious 1000 sq. ft. Guest house, a perfect getaway spot with free parking in front of your private entrance. Guests have said that our space is much bigger than they imagined or pictures show. Our one bedroom, one bath guest house is completely furnished with all the amenities of a cozy home.
Likely the nicest Guesthouse on the hillside available, we have many windows to enjoy our Tremendous Mountain View. Quiet Neighborhood and Easy access to Freeways 57 (5 miles), 60 (3 miles) and a variety of restaurants, shopping and Supermarkets within approximately 5 minutes away.
We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and 7 miles from The Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort, which is one of California's most noteworthy public golf courses, and a historical site.
The Space
Living room/Kitchen/Dining area:

- kitchen with stove, new stainless steel refrigerator, and microwave (kitchen sink is in the laundry area)
* note: may not be suitable for major meal preparation. Stove Use: The stove is not included in the standard amenities. If you wish to use it, there is an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please inform us before check-in if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.

Clean property, host was very quick with communication, parking was easy as well as property instructions. Host was very accommodating, lots of little items throughout the property that felt very welcoming and the complimentary coffee bar/ toiletries were very much appreciated. Many clean blankets and extra towels, as well as plenty of shampoos/conditioners and lotions. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The pictures I saw when searching were misleading, than actual place then First thing I saw open entering property was Too many rules posted on the walls is a turned off not very welcoming, going in and out from parking to the street the driveway was too steep it bottoms out my car, no aircon in the kitchen/living room was a nightmare too eat & relax it was too hot, a strange set up for sink if u need to wash dishes, storage by bedroom has a smell, had better experience with other VRBO, sorry..
