Very confortable unit for us. The owner was very very responsive as we had a couple of maintenance issues. She quickly responded and had the problem addressed. After staying for 13 years in the village, we really liked proximity to the beach and this quiet environment!

This place was perfect for our family! I loved the large table and ample seating available throughout. The back lanai was so nice and peaceful, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. Just a stones throw to the beach and the community pool. We’ve already rebooked for next year’s vacation :)

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. It's located directly across from the public beach. Downtown Siesta Key is about a 20-minute walk away. If you don't feel like walking, there is a trolly stop right outside the complex. The unit is spacious, light, bright and clean. I love the separation of space. If you choose to have guests, they are in the back of the condo with their own bathroom. I could not have asked for a more perfect unit for our vacation.

I would rate this condo 5 stars as it was very clean and spacious. Also, it was right across the street from Siesta Key beach, a 3-5 minute walk. They provided beach chairs, a cabana and towels.

My husband and I rented this place for our 5 year anniversary. Here is the breakdown:
Pros:
-Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach.
-There are beach chairs and tons of towels. It was so nice to not have to travel with those things
-The unit is huge and very clean. We did not need that much space, but it would be great for a family or two couples. The layout allows for lots of privacy.
-the deck is huge and has tons of seating to relax and enjoy the warm weather!
-the check in and check out process was very easy.
-The kitchen was really great.
-Pool is awesome and there is a grill there. We didn’t get to use it, but loved the idea of being able to grill by the pool!
Cons:
There was really only one (and it was minor): the shower head in the master bath wasn’t great. We used the other shower because it was better.
I would definitely recommend this place! If we ever return to Siesta Key, we will def stay here!

We enjoyed our stay! Couldn’t have a better location for a rental property. They have almost everything you need for your stay, except a beach umbrella, so if you’re driving you may want to pack one. They have chairs, kids toys, a cooler and much more. Community pool was great as well. If for some reason you’re questioning whether to book this unit, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Checking in and finding the office at midnight was a bit difficult, (our flight didn't arrive until late.) Communication with the property manager was excellent. She answered all my texts and emails immediately. The location is great and has beach access. The beach access directly across from the the condo is however a very long walk on the sand. Also, right around the corner are lots of restaurants and shopping areas.
I would like to make a couple of suggestions. .. Having a wagon or cart to haul all of your beach accessories and needs to the beach would be great since since the walk on the sand is very long.. Also when a flight is arriving late and the people are not able to check in before midnight, it would be great to have some waters in the refrigerator for people to have since there are no grocery stores open.I thi k providing more toilet paper and paper towels would be nice for the price we paid..One more thing the area rugs really need to be cleaned, especially in the bathrooms, they looked stained and really could use a wash. We loved our trip and we loved our stay.

Pros- provided all linens, blender, coffee pot, beach towels, chairs, books to read, washer and dryer, and a cooler if needed for the beach trips. You will need to buy dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, and laundry tabs for your washing. Dishes were dirty when arrived, so we had to wash the dishes prior to using them. Our large Expedition would not fit in the garage, so we parked outside in a parking spot. No biggie, but keep in mind if you have a larger vehicle. Pool also closes at sunset, but is heated. Overall we had a great time.

Everything was as expected from photos on listing. Only thing we didn’t care for was the noise from the street and upstairs renters were quite loud. Honestly we were only in the unit in the mornings and of course sleeping overnight. My friend sleeping in the “guest bedroom” noted the mattress is in poor shape and actually slept on the large area in the living room for the second half of the trip. Would also have appreciated an extra garbage bag and dish soap. We did go buy our own soap and left for the next guest since it was expected for dishes to be washed and put away (not a problem) but there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap in the unit. Luckily we checked these things out before heading to the store. But the unit itself was over great & very clean. Awesome location, short walk to the pool and across the street from the main beach parking lot. Some of the beach chairs have seen better days but I do believe some of that has to do with the way some renters treat items. We found the chairs just all piled up in the garage versus being nicely placed or even hung back on the wall as we did. But nothing I feel the owner has direct control over especially if not on site frequently. We enjoyed the availability of them and did use them. Communication was great with the owner and the complex seems to run very smoothly. We heard of others while at the pool that had maintenance issues that were dealt with immediately, so that is nice to know if we would have had issues. Would definitely rent again.

The pool is great if you go early but then you are overrun with children and their huge floats. Street noise is very loud especially in the 2nd bedroom. If you are a light sleeper you wont sleep. Couldn't get tv in master to work at all. Main tv is great in HDTV. Balcony facing pond was nice and the furniture was comfy. Kitchen well stocked other than a decent knife to cut. Washer/ dryer new and very nice.

Our party of four had a wonderful stay at at Sucresand (Our House At the Beach Condos)! The condo was plenty big for two couples and was as advertised in the photos. The back porch facing the pond was a wonderful place to relax! Check in and out was a breeze and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The pool area was also very nice. Erika was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Our stay was during a hurricane and she kept us updated on the local guidance. The Only con was that it was a mile away in each direction from bars, restaurants, shops. We ended up getting a rental car however so that wasn’t an issue and had we been willing to wait, there is a stop for the free trolley right outside of the condo. Don’t let that keep you from staying here! I definitely recommend!

We loved the balconies and that we had a almost private garage we also liked the layout of the home. The only thing we didn’t like was we found a HUGE cockroach in the bedroom. And there were no extra trash bags, no extra toilet paper we had to go out and buy all the stuff we needed while we were there. And the beds weren’t very comfortable for a week long stay. But other than that we loved the place
