Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this charming cottage for $230 per night is a great choice for your next trip. PROMO 10% WEEKLY AND 50% MONTHLY DISCOUNT!!! This new luxury single-family attached home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. It is located just one block from public beach and a few steps away from an outdoor community pool (restricted). Walk to public beach in minutes, where beach lifeguard is onsite during summer season. Parking in front of the home for free. Step inside and you are greeted by warm wood floors, cheerful and comfortable seating in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats six(6) plus, a large flat screen HD SmartTV with Live TV and Netflix streaming. A kitchen, a half bath, laundry with washer and dryer, and access to a fenced backyard patio is also located on the first level. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for family and friends with seating for two at the breakfast counter. The enclosed backyard features a charcoal grill and a patio set that seats four plus. The first level also features the master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, dressing table, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second level features two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo. One with a comfortable queen-bed and a love-seat sofa; another with one comfortable queen-bed, a twin bed, a pull-out trundle, flat screen HD Smart TV with Live TV and Sling TV. Parking (2), WiFi high speed internet access, Live local TV and Sling TV are included. Location: The community is located south part of Myrtle Beach - just minutes away from all the attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment Myrtle Beach has to offer. The place was amazing, not too far from the beach literally 7 mins away in walking distance. Only issue we had was the bed and pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep in “Flintstone beds”

Everything was perfect. This is the first time my mom has stayed in a location of this sort. They are so used to staying at hotels but not realizing there’s more opportunities out there of being able to enjoy a place that you can feel comfortable at but all the amenities, she wasn’t used to that she loved it and we had a great time even though we were going down there for a funeral but I was able to see other family members. Also she’s ready to go back already. Thank you guys for everything.

My blended family stayed over spring break with four kids and had such a great time! The house was fully prepared for a week stay and the owner was wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here! We all look forward to staying here again!

The house was the perfect size for our friend group (3 adults) so we each had our own room and multiple bathrooms. Beds were comfy/cozy and the location and proximity to the beach couldn't be beat!

The condo is really clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy. It was probably a 3 minute walk to the beach which is really convenient with a toddler! Jay was very responsive when we called with a question.
The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because all of the beds and furniture were pretty worn out and kinda uncomfortable.
If the beds were to be replaced it would be perfect!

Jay was great. The house was great. It is about 3 blocks from the beach, but an easy walk or drive. I had read some pretty bad reviews about out dated/uncomfortable furniture, but those claims were not accurate. I guess you can't please everyone. The only negative I could possibly have is the house could use a deep clean like walls and baseboards in the kitchen, but it didn't effect our stay or a wonderful vacation.
I would stay here again or in any other properties with the same owner.

Little league baseball tourney
Property was just what we wanted for us to attend our grandsons baseball tourney. It gave us a comfortable place to stay, eat, and relax. Enjoyed walking distance to beach and community pool. Early mornings and late nights on the back deck were really enjoyed. Lots of places to eat or shop and parking was not problem. Owner very responsive when we had internet connection problems. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Jay was fantastic and very responsive when we had questions. Location is a short walk to the beach. We came for Bike Week and even with the extra noise this is still a quiet community hidden in the heart of the Myrtle Beach action. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Our stay was great! There was plenty of room for my family of 7. The house was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom does sag a bit in the middle but really you can't be too picky when your sleeping in someone else's bed. The rest of the rooms were great. JAY was great. Anytime I had a question, issue or concern he was just a text away with a prompt response. The distance to the ocean was great. Also the location. Is perfect, so close to everything. Grocery store within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.

A lot of space near the beach
We went down for my son's baseball tournament so we were rather busy. This cute cottage was plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a long day. Owner was super responsive and accommodating. We had no issues with the beds or furniture, it's a cottage! The only knock was the housekeeping did not do a very good job with the floors and showers prior to our arrival. I would stay there again!

House- the “bones” were good but everything inside reminded me of college frat houses. Bed linens were discolored and scratchy. Beds had the springs literally sticking out of them. Master bedroom bed sunk in in the middle making it super uncomfortable for 2 people. Pillows were not enough even for our original party size of 5... and so flat/gross I chose not to sleep on them the first night and used a sweatshirt I brought. Pull out sofa.. wish I took a video of the teens on it, comical to say the least. We chose to fold it back up and they slept on the floor the first night. We ended up buying foam mattress toppers for two of the beds in the large room (we took them with us, fun ride home with these filling up the car...), pillows, air mattress, and xtra blankets from WM the next day @ a $300 bill. Kitchen supplies were a joke. Tiny pans, old mismatch silverware and dishes. A few plates into the pile there was a super crusty not clean one, yuck. Making meals was for sure a challenge...

And I got charged for a broken drawer of the fridge we didn’t do and a tear of the zipper of the mattress. How would we even break a zipper mattress?

What a wonderful place to stay. We were truly a very short walk to the beach and also had access to the pool for late afternoon swims with the kids. Property was quiet and spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if in the area. Jay, the owner, was very communicative and helpful for little questions we had. Thank you Jay for allowing our group to spend time our vacation in your home!!
