A great clean place. Definitely a great time and property.

Though we only stayed one night, our stay was perfect. The home is lovely and accommodated our group nicely.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The fire pit was nice, though having to bring your own wood, and pay for your own propane for the barbecue seemed a bit over the top. That being said, we enjoyed our time there.

Best equipped kitchen we’ve experienced at VRBO’s. Only suggestion would be to have light blocking window treatments for the sliders on the east facing bedroom.

This was a wonderful house in a great location. It rained during our entire stay, but with the ping pong table, foosball table, chess set, and games, we were set. The loft was a great place for our tweens to have some privacy. If it was drier, we would have spent some time in the backyard at the fire pit. The kitchen had all our necessities with a very nice selection of pots and pans, etc.

We had a great stay here with 2 toddlers and loved the proximity to the beach and the the garage-turned-game-room! Thanks again!

Exellent visit. Due to stormy weather were only able to get out crabbibg one day but had cozy relaxing stay rest of the week. One of the cleanest houses we have ever rented. Thank you for the attention to detail.

I would highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Seaside or want to be close to Astoria and Cannon Beach. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in plus it is renovated so very modern. Believe me, the pictures do not do it justice! All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor so very easy for any age plus the beds are super comfortable with very modern clean comforters. The towels were plush and we had plenty of them for our stay. The kitchen is so well stocked that you only need to bring the groceries and spices you need for cooking. The windows open up so you can get a nice breeze and it is in a very safe neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. The game room in the garage is amazing and very fun! You can open the garage door to have fresh air while you are in there plus there are bikes to ride to the beach. We loved the backyard with the fire pit and used it from dusk until bedtime each day. The river behind it has all kinds of birds for you to see and we saw some paddle boarding too a few days. Honestly, we hated to leave such a nice place as it was so relaxing and fun to be there. If we ever go to the Oregon coast I would see if it is available again to stay! The owners were super to work with and very responsive to all my questions. They were the best and made it easy for us to use the house. Great stay in every way!!!

We were really happy with the home and it's cleanliness and fun options in the garage (bikes, scooter, ping pong, cornhole, etc). The home was a couple blocks from a playground which was great for little kids and then a short walk to the beach.

Reached out to owner for entry instructions and she responded quickly. Didn’t have any issues other than we had to buy some shampoo as we had assumed the house would have it. Had a great vacation. Note that the house doesn’t have air conditioning like many places don’t in Oregon, so stay somewhere else if the temperatures are really high - it is otherwise a great place and nice management.

Relaxing, nicely decorated place in a great, quiet neighborhood. Owners have thought of everything you’d need. And not only is the ocean easily accessible from there, the river right behind the house gives you an extra set of delightful views and birdwatching! Would definitely stay there again.

I'll start with the problems which were not too bad: we didn't get an access code ahead of time and didn't get a response right away to our email requesting access. We finally found a number for VRBO (very hard) and they forwarded us to a direct number to the owners. The owners were out of cell coverage and had only got our message a minute before. They were very kind and gave us a code to get in that minute. They sent a follow-up message with the normal access info. The floors were sticky but I think it's the Swiffer wet mop causing it. The bedroom with 2 beds has high windows with no curtains so that room floods with light early in the morning. The other bedrooms have a lot of light too but not as bad. The furniture is pretty well worn and not very comfortable except in the loft. The Xbox was broken which was disappointing to our 6 yr old but the rest of us didn't care. I'm picky and like to know what problems to expect. The pros: very well stocked kitchen, very clean house, plenty of room to spread out, GREAT backyard (the view and fire pit were awesome), a short 6-8 minute walk to the beach, short drive or walk going the back way to town, quiet neighborhood, beds we're ok (everyone else like them but they were a bit hard to me), lots of updates and clean modern decor, easy parking, lots of extras in the garage like kites, sand toys, and adult bikes, heat was easy to adjust, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. My only suggestions would be throw blankets and cover the windows. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
