Situated in Demere Park, this lovely condo for $233 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Perfectly positioned for a leisurely stroll to some of the island’s best restaurants and nearby Demere Park, 143 Demere Landing is a towering vacation dream. Its staggering five balconies ensure private restful moments for all, even with the whole family in tow. An elevator visits every level from the garage to the top floor, making luggage handling a breeze. Sunbathe at the pool, take a walk around the pond, and unwind with a soak in the master suite’s luxurious tub. Emmons Realty is very excited to have this home in our collection. Includes Wireless Internet. We DO NOT accept pets. Bedding Master on 2nd floor - 1 King 1st bedroom on 2nd floor - 1 Queen sofa bed 1st bedroom in 3rd floor - 2 twins 2nd bedroom on 3rd floor - 1 queen Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation. 1 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwasher soap pods Cancellation Policy: 60+ days from arrival - 100% refund 31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund 0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee (without exception, even for same-day cancellations) To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance. Deposit Policy: $500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. There is lots of room for large families. The location is great. Only complaint would be: the matresses need to be replaced. None of us sleeped well

Emmons Realty was easy to work with and responsive to any questions and concerns. It was a pleasure dealing with them. 143 Demere Landing is spacious and very convenient to many St Simons activities. However, Noise travels thru the walls and it is dark. Elevator was GREAT!

Enjoyed our stay. The elevator was a blessing for getting luggage and supplies moved as well as one of our party would not have been able to handle the stairs. We had plenty of room to spead out and have privacy. Thank you for making our visit as pleasant as posible.

It wasn't quite a mansion but it was beautiful, clean, well located and slept my family of 7 quite comfortably. It had adequate parking, an elevator and provided most of the amenities that we needed. I would recommend this unit or complex to any family looking for comfortable accomodations while vacationing.

My 14 year old granddaughter labled this unit as a "mansion"!!
It wasn't quite a mansion but it was beautiful, clean, well located and slept my family of 7 quite comfortably. It had adequate parking, an elevator and provided most of the amenities that we needed. I would recommend this unit or complex to any family looking for comfortable accomodations while vacationing.

The townhome and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. I like to walk, so walking the .07 to town or to the beach was easy for me, but not so for my sister. Parking downtown is very difficult to come by. So if you plan to shop and dine, you may want to stay a bit closer to town if anyone in your party is not a fan of walking. Otherwise the place was perfect. Emmons Realty was a pleasure to deal with.

The elevator to transport the luggage to the upper floors was a nice amenity. The location to the beach and the village were great, the pool was nice and the management company was very responsive to replace a broken coffee maker.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during the month of February. Plenty of space. Walking distance (1/2 a mile) to beach and village. We sat out often on the patio off the living room. Despite the pandemic, we were able to find plenty of restaurants nearby with outdoor dining. Garage was a plus. We were lucky not to have neighbors for most of the month because, as has been stated, the walls are pretty thin.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during the month of February. Plenty of space. Walking distance (1/2 a mile) to beach and village. We sat out often on the patio off the living room. I want to surprise my husband mother-in-law and brother-in-law with a nice quiet weekend and maybe Casino for the mother-in-law. The vacation rental was better than expected. We were all able to spread out into our own space and still enjoy family time together when we wanted to. The amenities were great and the elevator was definitely a Topper since my mother-in-law is 81 and has a hard time with steps and my brother-in-law is handicapped with function to motor skills. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The welcome package on the dining room table explained everything we needed to know and gave us options for dining. There were plenty of magazines at the Golden Isles and surrounding areas to visit. The home was immaculate. Whoever does the housekeeping is amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to the Isles if it's available and I have already told people about it. Thank you so much for having us.
