We had an absolutely great time at this home. We were visiting with 4 friends from Houston and happened to arrive during Oktoberfest! Outstanding accommodations with plenty of room for everyone.

Property was great for our trip with family and friends! Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to Main St in Breckenridge for restaurants and shopping - just a short drive away. Host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any communication.
Would absolutely recommend and stay again when we return to the area.

We came to Breckenridge to celebrate my husband’s 67th birthday with some family. Rooms and bathrooms were just right for us and the location was great. We even got to watch the Nuggets win 2 games on the big tv!
We all had a very good time and would definitely recommended this property. Thank you Bob!

We had a big group of friends stay at Roberts place and it was perfect. Everyone loved the hot tub and it was great to be just 10 min away from the slopes and downtown Breck. We would definitely stay here again.

To start off this review, before we even arrived, Bob was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had for our stay. He even coordinated me getting a package delivered there a day or two before that wouldn't make it to my own residence in time for our trip.
The house is very clean and the set up was perfect for our group. We were a group of three couples, one with an infant and two single guys. There was plenty of room for us without filling cramped. The master is upstairs with a large tub and shower, the room was large enough to set up the pack and play that was provided by the owner, which saved a lot of time and hassle, packing one ourselves.
There is another spacious room with a large closet on the upper floor, as well as the bunk room, equipped with a bunk bed and single twin, the single guys stayed in this room one being 6' 4" and said it was plenty comfortable.
The last bedroom is downstairs equipped with a queen and attached restroom. The other two restrooms are evenly split top floor and bottom with the bottom floor being a 1/2 bath.
In addition we really enjoyed the hot tub, it is facing 2 other houses hot tubs, but we ended up making friends with them. Everyone in the neighborhood he's respectful of the 10 PM curfew in the hot tub as most of us we're getting up very early the next day to go to snowboard and ski which was a plus.
Kitchen is fully stocked, even had spices and some non opened food left from previous stays I assume.
We did not personally take the shuttle, but many people in the neighborhood seemed to, and was nice to have the option. The drive to breck was a short 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic.
10/10 would recommend staying here! and Thanks again BOB you were an amazing host!!!

We just took our first ski vacation to Colorado and loved staying at this property. It was clean, cute, cozy and had the perfect mountain vibe. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to main roads. The condo is spacious with great bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The hot tub and fireplace were a dream come true after a long day on the slopes! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great stay for our family! Located between Frisco and Breckinridge and near golf course. Outside of the busy town, great getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others! The layout of the condo worked really well for our family. We had fun discovering the games in the closet and especially enjoyed having access to a pantry to put all of our food stuffs away (we have found this very rare in our different rentals). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great! (although with convenient location did come a bit of highway noise in the afternoons and early evenings if out enjoying the deck).
Most importantly, the beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed exploring Breck and Dillon from the condo!

This was a comfortable place with four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The hot tub and small back deck were wonderful. The living area has a comfy leather couch, two large chairs and nice coffee table. The dining table was sturdy with eight large, comfortable chairs. The garage would easily fit two mini van sized autos.
If you are looking for no traffic noise, be fore warned that I-9 is just beyond the low berm, and traffic can be heard.
We would recommend place mats for the table to make meal time more like 'meal time'.... and a possible repair for the lower rack of the dishwasher.
The garage code didn't work for us when trying to open the garage door.
Overall, a really nice place and well kept neighborhood!

Yearly Intergenerational Vaca
Perfect for our needs. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one with own bath for Nana & PahPoo downstairs. There is a powder room as you come in from the garage which keeps downstairs bedroom private.
Kitchen is well stocked with other small appliances in the pantry.
Interestingly, any spices people left had been kept. That is unusual but so nice, Needed to ask a question of manager and he was very prompt in calling back.

Winter Getaway
My family and I (along with a close friend) decided to take advantage of working remotely and stay in Breck for the month. We chose Bob's property based on the location, amenities, and pictures and after spending a whole month there- the property did not disappoint! It was exactly as pictured and our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely clean when we arrived.
The kitchen was well-appointed with everything you would need (plenty of spices, dried goods, pots, pans, etc.). We did bring our own air fryer and slow cooker. My only (minor) complaint with the kitchen was related to the lower dishwasher track- be careful when pulling it out because there is a gap where the wheels drop down between the door. Otherwise, everything in the kitchen worked great.
The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. The bathrooms were very clean and showers had good water pressure. The towels and linens were very nice. The downstairs bedroom did have an issue with staying warm, but a small space heater is provided that worked out great for our friend.
The location cannot be beat! The community has a shuttle that picks you up steps from the front door on the hour and drops you off at the gondola or the base of peak 9. The drivers are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed being in a quieter setting and not in the middle of town, but if we needed more excitement, it was very a quick drive to get to downtown Breck for dinner. The area is lovely to walk/run around and it's also accessible to the Breck free bus system.
Bob responded very quickly to any questions we had. We hope to come back soon and we would 100% recommend this property.

CONVENIENT AND COMFORTABLE
The town house had everything we needed for our annual family ski trip. Nice large garage right off the kitchen, with the laundry and half bath make the layout very workable. Everyone had their own bedroom with plenty of space.

Exceeded expectations!
The home was everything the description said it would be. The location was great, especially for skiing Breckenridge, but not far from Keystone either. We didn't take advantage of the neighborhood shuttle to get us to the ski resorts, but we did see it a lot so we probably should have. The heated garage was large enough for big SUV, which was a big bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and kitchen ware. The only possible negatives were the water in the hot tub never felt like it got the registered temperature (although we never actually took the temperature) and some of the guests would have liked a variety of different size pillows. We had an "Epic" time and hope to stay there again next year!

The Breckenridge Resort
Really enjoyed our stay at this location; it was a wonderfully set up house close to the mountains. All amenities were much appreciated. For all skiers/boarders, something that we overlooked was transportation to and from the mountain! No worries, it was covered bc there’s a private shuttle! So cool! Will be back!

We have been vacationing in Breck for about 13 years now and come 2-3 times a year. We specifically chose this property for this trip because my 86 year old grandfather was planning to travel with us and can't do stairs. We needed lodging with no more than a step or two to the main level and a main level bedroom/bathroom. This property was one of a handful that had that! The bunkroom was also great for our 4 boys! We had stayed in the Highlands neighborhood last summer and loved the location especially for summer stays (it is only about a 5 minute drive into Breck but still out far enough that hikes are easily accessible and the rec path is very close as well!...there are several great hikes right up Tiger road). I also appreciated the proximity to Frisco because I prefer to get groceries there at Safeway versus Citymarket in Breck which can be a madhouse! The house was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful with our own private hottub and nice deck. The garage was also nice to have to park our bikes in! We would definitely stay here again even if my grandfather is not with us!
