This delightful Gulf front home is located directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. This home offers decks along the entire gulf facing side of the home for outdoor enjoyment. The steps down from the deck leave you less than 100' away from where the waves break along the shore. The living area and kitchen are located on the south side of the home an offer excellent Gulf views. The master bedroom offers a king bed with flat screen TV. The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds with flat screen TV and the second guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins). Great location and amenities. An abundance of cookware and dishes, beach toys and equipment and towels. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Paradise (rental company) is extremely professional. However, when the many overpowering plug-in scent diffusers were unplugged there was an obvious mildew smell throughout the home and a somewhat sandy floor upon arrival - but a vacuum was available for us.

This beach home was the perfect place for our vacation. The deck, kitchen, and living room windows offer an amazing view of the gulf. If you sit on the deck in the early mornings you can watch the dolphins swim by. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking our meals and the appliances were all nice. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and dresser space. It was nice having beach toys, chairs, canopies, and an umbrella available to make our beach days even better. The rinse off station is great to get the sand off before coming in the house. Kudos to the cleaning crew as this was the cleanest rental I have ever had. There was no dust anywhere and everything was sparkling clean! Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with. This was the first time I had booked directly with a company and not through VRBO. They even let me know that the property was ready early and we could check in early if we wanted to. We haven't been home 2 days and I have already booked a rental for next year with Paradise!

Not only did we get to enjoy the stunning beauty of the beach, but our timing was perfect as we were there for the 4th of July celebrations and the awe-inspiring Blue Angels Air Show. It was our first time experiencing these events, and they left us with memories that will last a lifetime.The beach house itself was a delightful haven. Nestled right by the shore, the sound of crashing waves was a constant companion throughout our stay. The property was immaculately maintained, and the interior had a cozy and welcoming vibe. The view from the deck was nothing short of breathtaking, especially during the 4th of July fireworks display.The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly witnessing the Blue Angels Air Show. The precision and skill displayed by these elite pilots were jaw-dropping, and the thunderous roar of the jets added an electrifying atmosphere to the beachside festivities. It's an experience that cannot be adequately described; you have to see it to believe it!The Pensacola area itself had so much to offer. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the sandy shores, collected seashells with the kids, and took in some breathtaking sunsets. The local restaurants served up some of the freshest seafood we've ever had, making every meal a delight.Throughout our stay, the staff at the beach house was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. We had a wonderful time and it was a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to the beach especially for all of our littles. We are out a couple of times at different locations and the food was great. The house was very clean. We had one issue with a shower handle and it was fixed promptly.

Rental was very nice, clean on main level. We had everything we needed. The storage room was a mess. Folding chairs were questionable. Not sure we wanted to use them for the beach. We rented our own chairs and umbrella. Construction noise/music was a little invasive. I was not prepared for the Dunes blocking most of the view if you were sitting on deck or in house. There were four Adirondack chairs on deck . They were so low all you were looking at was the dunes. One of the captains chairs at the table on deck is broken. The bottom rung is broke off.

We are a family of 4 (63, 52, 26, 23) from London England on a road trip through the southern states. Truly amazing place to stay. The Paradise Beach Rentals were really helpful and speedy at responses. Great quite location in a safe neighbourhood. Close to all amenities, car is not essential but recommended. Very clean throughout, newly redecorated and a perfect stock of all items and essentials. Perfect view of the sea and seconds to the beach. Overall 10/10. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this home just prior to the onslaught of “spring-breakers”, and it was a perfect stay in all ways! The weather was unusually warm and we had the beach mostly to ourselves. The sand and surf was clean and it was well patrolled throughout the day.The home was immaculate and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There were a few beach items (pop-up tent, sand toys, beach mats, etc) available, which was nice. As we prefer to cook, we wanted a full kitchen, and this one didn’t disappoint! It had most anything we needed.The view of the beach was great and the deck on the south side facing the beach was a great place to hang out. The large sliding doors and windows to the south brought in a lot of light, which was so nice on the couple colder, windier days we experienced.The property management company was exceptional. Even they didn’t “know us from Adam”, as this was our first-time transaction, they made us very comfortable, explained clearly some of the rules and were good at communicating even before we arrived— and after, too. Example: Upon arrival, I did my usual “pre-inspection”, looking for damage or any other conditions so as not to be charged for any previous issues. I found a very minor issue with a TV. After emailing the management company, they sent an employee over right away to fix it! Commendable!We hope to rent this property again if we come back to this area. Well worth it!!!

This rental is pretty amazing. There's no house to the left (East) of the property but there is public beach access. That wasn't an issue at all. The beach - plenty of room for our 2 families (8 total people) to set up 2 canopy/tailgate tents & not be slammed next to others. My only complaint is that when we booked back in February, I specifically asked if the 2 bedrooms were ocean front. I was told they were (otherwise, I wouldn't have booked it). However, after arriving, we realized it wasn't an issue.
The deck is massive & we spent a lot of time relaxing on it after beach time. The grill works great.
This is an excellent stay & we recommend it, along with dining at Water Pig BBQ. Crabs & Flounders are also excellent & all 3 restaurants are just down the street (Crabs & Flounders have the same owner, so the menu is similar but the amount/quality of food for the price is awesome!). My 4 stars is due to the misinformation of ocean front bedrooms & there was no hammock as shown in the photos (a big disappointment to us all). Otherwise, it's a clear 5star.

Perfect quarantine get away
The house was great for our family of four. The house isn't huge but there are plenty of beds and space to spread out. The beds are pretty comfortable, I am a super bed snob so it almost impossible for the beds to be perfect. Loved being right on the beach, so easy to carry stuff down. Lots of beach stuff in the garage of the property so that was great. The beach wasn't crowded at all so it was easy to stay away from people. Lots of jellyfish in August so beware of that. We ordered Instacart in and cooked at the house. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. I always bring my own knife because rental house knives are terrible. We had a couple of issues with the internet and the AC and they were quickly handled by the management company. Check in was easy and quick and we just dropped the keys off for check out. We enjoyed our week at the house and would definitely come back.
