We had an incredible week stay at this beach house. The communication for check-in was thorough, property was clean upon arrival, and the ocean view was unobstructed. There was ample room for all guests to be comfortable. The driveway offered plenty of parking and the boardwalk to the beach made the trek easy - especially for a few older individuals with limited mobility. Kitchen was well stocked (minus a tea kettle) and there were even beach toys for the kids to use. Only giving 4 stars because for the rental price, there were several minor things that if added would have made for a 5 star review - such as installing a towel rack in the half bath to hang a hand towel, supplying a regular ironing board, and ensuring all closets had hangers for guests. The shower heads in the upstairs bathrooms can also be improved. These minor items did not detract from us having a wonderful time at this beach house though. We visited in October and the beach wasn’t very crowded at all. However, since the house is near a public beach access point, we had to get our beach chairs/canopy setup early due to many fisherman setting up their poles directly in front of the house. We’d consider staying at this property again if we come back to Navarre Beach.

The Oasis is the perfect beach house for us! We travel with a other family of four (there are eight of us total) and this is our 2nd stay here. The floor plan is perfect and the views of the ocean from every room are to die for and it also offers a private walkover to the beach. The property manager is very kind and easy to reach! He quickly resolved two minor things we encountered during our stay. You will not be disappointed with this home! All the amenities you need for perfect stay away. We will be back!

There was plenty of room and extras in the house that made the trip so wonderful. The downstairs AC was frozen when we got there, but there were portable AC units that got us through the trip comfortably. There are hoses on the back deck area and downstairs for rinsing off coming in off the beach. To get to the beach, you go off the back deck, down a set of stairs. The up and over on the boardwalk. I would say not handicap accessible if that’s something you’re looking for, (we weren’t so we were fine but just a thought for anyone who needs that option). The beach was pretty quiet and had enough space between us and everyone else out there.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding along with 7 of our friends. The property is fantastic and has a direct, private boardwalk to the beach that we used as our “aisle”. The owner was super easy to reach and very open with communication which was much appreciated. If I’m ever back to Navarre with a large group we will definitely consider this location again!

We had a great stay. The house is in need of some repairs and work. There seems to be a mold problem. There was mold above the ceiling of the master bedroom shower.
The location is wonderful and the space of the home is perfect for larger groups. The deck and balconies were very nice.

We rented what we thought would be the perfect home to stay in and get married on the beach with family and friends. The location of the home is great and Navarre beach is beautiful but our stay in this home was not a good one. It rained during our stay and as you can imagine we were bummed about that but we never expected water to come in every window and door in the house. Our family and friends spent days with large pots and pans and towels trying to soak up and stop the water from flooding the entire living area. It was coming in the bedrooms, downstairs bathroom and living room. This was a LOT of water. We spoke with the owner who sent more towels over so we could continue to fight the rain which was pouring in. 4 days later a general contractor was sent and said the entire attic was flooded because of roof damage(existing not new he said) and the windows and doors were not properly sealed. He showed us where caulk and seals were eroded. This property was not being maintained. There were outlets falling out of the wall and the smell from the water in the house and mold was overwhelming, especially in the downstairs master. A few days before we left it rained again and parts of the doorway in the back and wood frame became so waterlogged pieces of drywall began to fall onto the floor allowing it to literally rain directly into the house. The owner seemed nice and generally concerned but with the state of this home and the water that was pouring in, only sending towels didn't seem like the appropriate response. The owner said he had ordered new windows and was waiting months for them to come in..my question is why continue to rent it without disclosing the issues, especially when you charge an event fee. This property was not only a let down to us also affected the time our guests had.

We booked this house for its location on the beach and it was beautiful! The house was clean and held many people after the ceremony. Down to the extra refrigerator, ice maker, location next to other hotel type rentals for extra guest to stay at, fully stocked kitchen we didn't have to worry about a thing. We did have to grab more toilet paper and trash bags while we were there, but Walmart was only a short 5-10 drive away and we were headed that way. We rented a sling shot from a sports place just across the bridge, it was a lot of fun to drive. I don't have a single complaint. I would say that if you don't do stairs this is not the property for you.

The property manager (Jesse) was accessible and provided information when needed. The property was clean, up to date with technology, and very accommodating for a large family of various ages. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay!! When the weather was not as pleasant, the house was a beautiful sanctuary! We will be back for future vacations.

3. We continued to say how comfortable we felt, how open and inviting the house is for our group to all be together in the living room, kitchen and dining area.

We definitely want to stay at The Oasis again. Our annual extended family trip brings us together, and this home definitely contributed to that.

Our time in your house was better than anticipated! The location on the beach was fabulous, allowing enjoyable walks along the beach at all times of the day. The size of the house was perfect for the amount of people in our party. There was plenty of room so that we weren't tripping over each other. And the open layout of the main rooms allowed for our family to all visit and play games together.

Beautiful home with unbelievable views that is right on the beach. The area is also very quite and peaceful. Our family had a great time and have made plans to come back next year. The house was stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We would highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. Navarre is a very quiet beach and this house is far enough away from any big condos and the private beach access right at the bottom of the stairs is idea. The house could use some updating but it was still a fantastic place to stay. All the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean and accessible. Would highly rate this house

The house was perfect for a family reunion at Navarre Beach. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any any rental we have stayed in. Jesse (property manager) was very responsive with any questions and concerns. The house does need a little maintenance but beautiful and spacious nonetheless.

My family and I have vacationed in Navarre Beach for about the past ten years. The Oasis is by far the best rental we have had. We had between six and twelve people sleeping in the house very comfortably. There was plenty of room when we were all together, and when anyone wanted their own space, the bedrooms were very roomy and quiet. The view was awesome! We saw dolphins and rays from every balcony in the house. Our daughter was married on the beach at the end of the private walkover. We had a small reception at the house with about twenty people. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home owners and property manager were very easy to work with and responded quickly to all inquiries. They really helped make on daughter's dream of a beach wedding come true. It is a truly beautiful home at an uncrowded and beautiful location.

I have lived within 5 miles of this rental for about 10 years. Navarre Beach is the best family beach in the state. I have stayed in a few other houses on Navarre Beach--and there is no comparison. They advertise 5 bedrooms, but there are actually 7 sleeping rooms. We rented the house for two weeks, and had between 2 and 15 people sleeping there at night. There was still plenty of room in the common areas when 15 were there. We had a small wedding and reception in and around the house, and then "honeymooned" in the house when family left town after the event. The house was designed and decorated extremely nicely. We appreciated the walkway that was built over the dunes, and the porches off the upstairs bedrooms. The owners were very accommodating, and their property manager was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this house!
